2) Rude response over phone calls.
3) No return intimation being provided in case of door locked during speed post delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth to go..they give some or the reason and then tell to come next month .It happened twice with me.wanted to make adhar card for my 5 year old son ..but they asking this BONAFIDE certificate u need this that ..i had an emergency ..AND AFTER GETTING STAMP THEY TELLING COME.NEXT MONTH..i had to bring my son every often and wait in a big queue.he finally vomited due to tired of wating. Even school admin saying when parents address proof is enough why they want all this stamp for..
