★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never visit Dr. Bhaskar Mukherjee. He is utterly rude and doesn’t even listen to the patients. A doctor is supposed to be patient enough to listen to his patients who visits him in distress. And such behaviour is highly disappointing! Shame on such doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest eye hospital in kolkata, with best doctor's, modern operation facilities, and helping medical staffs. Not a place only to squeeze patients without giving adequate treatment. A place of satisfaction and less money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my annual eye check up done during covid 19 lockdown scenario. The authorities focused a lot on hygiene, specially temperature screening and hand sanitisation. Masks are a must for entry. But the social distancing measures are not upto the mark. The registration hall in front of the waiting area is congested.
But I am satisfied as the process was very smooth and there was no delay in the whole process. The staffs are friendly but my ma, who was also visiting the place along with me, found that the receptionist was incompetent in managing the work. My ma was given another date for tests that was supposed to be conducted on the same date but did not happen as the receptionist doesn't listen to patients properly.
But for me, the overall experience was exemplary. My doctor, Bhaskar Mukherjee, is very polite and explains everything clearly.
The consultation fees is Rs 300.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this review while waiting for more than two hours for the doctor to check my brother's eye . My brother is a Parkinson patient with lots of complications, after repeatedly asking and requesting the staffs none would even reply as to when would the doctor check him. Highly disappointed, this place was much better with better staffs some 15 years before when my mother had her eye operation here. Won't visit here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father suffering from right eye cataract issue. Operation done by Dr. Sandip Chattopadhyay. He is a very nice, polite & soft spoken Doctor. Excellent. All support staff are very much polite, well managed. Patient management is too good as maximum waiting time is 1- 1:30hrs, including doctor consultation. CGHS & WBHS affiliated. Just take an appointment for first time visit, other consultation they will guide. Smooth service, excellent operative hand. God bless Doctor & support team.
