- Not feeling rushed - doctor answers all queries and options in detail (&multiple times during the treatment). Develops a strong trust with patient.
- Strong Empathy for patient - very down to earth, factual yet assuring manner. helps put patients mind at ease. No unnecessary tests or procedures. Very practical outlook on treatment options keeping in mind patients convinience & constraints.
- Doctor takes good effort to ensure patient is well informed of her/his condition, treatment options & costs. Patient/family feels that treatment decisions are taken jointly after considering & evaluating various aspects, and the final decision is of the patient. This helps patient develop a strong positive mental attitude and an empowering feeling towards recovery.
- Extremly professional and good experience - all apointments are on time. Highly responsive & available on whatsapp for any queries/followup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancer is a scary word. When my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, I had no idea what to do or whom to approach. Via one contact I got Nikhilesh Sir's number and right from the first call to this day, Nikhilesh Sir has helped us in every possible way.
He is very transparent and explains every thing about the treatment in detail.
It has been 2 weeks now since my mom went through Mascetomy with reconstruction and she is doing absolutely fine.
I haven't met a more humble doctor than him. He is always available to answer any question about the treatment. 5 stars ain't enough to rate him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nikhilesh Borkar is very experienced & specialist doctor in oncology. He was very assuring during the pre-post treatment & followups. He explains all the surgery, operation procedure, risks, possible complications and whole treatment with future followup in layman's terms which patient felt very calming and assuring. He is very approachable and available easily when patient is having any queries and doubts - both pre and post op. I'm even in touch with him from UK whenever I'm in need of discussion with him. His presence is truly global. I've never seen such talent in past & I wish him all the best for his divine future work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dad is currently under treatment of Dr. Nikhilesh Borkar Sir at Shri H.N.Reliance Foundation Hospital. He is diagnosed with Mouth and neck cancer. Dr. Borkar Sir explained us entire treatment procedure for surgery, chemotherapy and radiation in detail and gave us confidence.
Last month my Dad was operated by Dr. Borkar, we found him excellent in his surgical skills as well as post surgery follow up and consultation.
Dr. Nikhilesh Borkar Sir is always available for his patients and I am glad my Dad is under safe hands.

The procedure went perfectly well and patient showed very fast recovery. Even during the surgery he called and explained the situation.
He is very approachable and responds to questions / messages immediately even with his busy schedule.
