★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Dr Nilima once for treatment of a stray dog with distemper from borivali. She definitely treated my dog well. Her clinic is crowded because she is genuinely good. Thereafter I've consulted her on chat atleast on 3 occasions for different dogs with different issues and I've always got a prompt response from her. She has guided me so well in an accident case and her suggestions and remedies have definitely helped my stray dog. Hats off to her for making time for free online consultation and responding so promptly keeping in mind the well being of the animal, despite her extremely busy schedule!!

He hadn't eaten for 2days not even a bit but after the treatement He wasn’t fell well he was going to be more sick and he was doing vomiting whole night and my dog Pluto is no more now * so pl don’t go to doctor nilima her Clinic is dirty and she takes in 2 or 3 dog in one time only sometime she come here and she goes there like that only happed and pl I’m requesting u that don’t go to doctor nilima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shabby management. Appointments are not taken, any one enters into the doctors cabin, multiple pets are treated at a time. More emphasis is given if the money is collected from the patient then rather providing patient care. I walked in waited for 1hour , i wasnt attended and i left without my pet geting any treatment. Waste of time and more importantly no empathy for unspoken animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cats were in a very critical condition and I called the doctor at 9-10 P.M. i.e. after work hours she extended the shutdown time for the clinic just for the cats. They hadn't eaten in 4 days not even a bit but after the treatement recieved on the very first day itself they started eating again. I have seen my cats go from all bones to chonky floof balls under her care. There's a lot of rush at the clinic most of the times and for a good reason as you can see ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nilima is really a great person. yesterday i had taken 2 indie puppies at her clinic with a very bad condition, i knew they will not survive but i wanted to take a chance. she was so loving & caring for those puppies. Unfortunately the puppies couldnt survive. many clinics dont treat stray dogs as i got the expierence. But Dr. Nilima is the best dr she will guide the pet parent properly and give proper advice. i already had 2 adopted dogs at my home and i know how difficult it is to let them go. I heartly thank Dr. Nilima and her team with the great work they are doing. God bless you all for taking so much care for our furry friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello everyone im shivansh I have a labrador retriever of 9months his name is tyson when he was just 55days I took him to doctor nilima and before used to take him to joshi the vet he was only 2kgs under weight and then he transformed so good credit dr nilima after, he aslo suffered from parvo at night 9 30 I called the doc she said dont wait just get him to the clinic inspite she was not there she assisted another vet from her clinic on call and its was late 10 30 everyone was kind and again my dog has dysplasia still I believe doctor nilima would recover him soon.
Please ignore the other reviews absolutely she has a lot of patient she always have same auora with everyone never looked people according to their status my dog loves her he is always exited to go to the clinic.
According to me nilima doctor is the best vet often she get frustrated but never on our furry babies and she has never been rude for money or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor and staff arr very humble. Took my persian cat here. They are very hardworking. I've seen reviews that people had to wait and I just want to try that - Please be patient. Don't come on a high horse here (or to any vet or doctor) please understand that they're working around the clock for many babies. As a doctor, I can completely understand their efforts.
