★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap staff cheap receptionist, very unprofessional and road chaap receptionist, dr forgot to give medicine in prescription and i called atleast 20 times they just replied that dr is busy and aftwr that they are not replying...wow if you are in clinic you should answer call and just passon the message to dr but no the receptionist is not trained for clinic, i will not recommend at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had shared a concern about my dog's paw being red (one of the paws') but the vet who examined him ignored it and it spread to all his paws'. It was the very first time I visited the clinic. His x-rays were removed and medicine was prescribed to be given twice a day which my vet asked not to give it as it's a high dose. Even though I went with what was prescribed his pain hadn't changed much.
They apparently paid more attention to the history of his injuries which were not my concern at that moment. My concerns weren't addressed well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was an option of giving zero stars. So I took my pet there for a hip X-ray as she had abnormal gait. They said they wouldn’t do an X-ray without a consultation, during the consultation Dr. Ujwala said that her lymph nodes are slightly swollen and she will need a whole blood work up, she did that and said she will email in 2.5 hours ! Then she took her for an X-ray and then told us she has Hip dysplasia which is very common in labs and retriever. She tried to scare me saying that if the supplements don’t work you will require surgery in 2 months and she can never mate or conceive so to neuter her within a month before she turns 7months old. I am a doctor by profession so I know what is what and how she was trying to exaggerate things just to scare us so we immediately opt of for the surgery. The report which was supposed to be emailed in 2.5 hours, they emailed me after 2 days because I sent an email saying that if I don’t receive it I will go public to share my experience. Please do not take your pets here, this clinic is just to mint money by suggesting different surgeries which are not required!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A speciality clinic for pets, this place has multiple vets and they really took good care of my puppy. Apart from the treatment, the required lab tests are also done here. The staff is friendly and experienced. Although, some people may find it expensive, but when it comes to the health of your kid, it's up to you to weigh the option of leaving your pet in the hands of lesser equipped clinic or this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really not happy with their way of treating cats in particular during regular check up or vaccines. The medicines twice they have prescribed I have failed to get anywhere in Malad then when you request them for giving just one tablet to the pet then and there they refuse thus further medication only gets delayed and visits are useless. Cos not all pets take medicines mixed in the food. Simply charging so much fees for visit and then never keeping the medicine in stock with them. In fact once they have had me buy a Medicine from their clinic worth rupees 2000 as though that medicine had been already prescribed and was ongoing. Even after it being mentioned in the reports that I had showed the assistant doctor, they yet asked me to buy. This negligence in their attitude towards treating the pets is very sketchy and absurd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC! The Receptionist has no knowledge nor manners to attend the visitors...busy in chatting around... doesn't even know what a blood test is and what they charge....will never step in even if this remains the last option to me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gadge is the best veterinarian. When my dog was a puppy we bounced around several doctors to find the right one before we met Dr. Gadge. He is knowledgeable, check my dog thoroughly during every visit even if it is for a vaccine shot. Truly a passionate doctor and gentle person with all kinds of pets. I don't think my pet can be in safer hands. Thank you for doing God's work on earth, taking care of innocent animals!??
