★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Joshi needs to learn to communicate a little better. She gave me an appointment to visit her clinic at 11:00am. Upon reaching at her clinic exactly at 11:00, she refused to attend us and stated that she only handles patients on phone calls due to covid. I just wonder why she didn't tell us upfront when I phoned her and called us at clinic only to refuse. Such unworthy and unprofessional behaviour from a doctor was extremely surprising. I am sure she must be good in her profession hence people have rated her well, however, she needs to get a little professional with her patients.
