★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this place with my friend for her treatment, though my first time. This is not about the doctor, he is good.
But it's about the process and the Receptionist is rude and there is no value of the clients, patients time. Appointment is given when client comes they have to wait for 40 minutes and even after that number does not come. ( I understand delays can be up-to 10-15 minutes but 40 minutes is tooo much) and the receptionist does not have the courtesy to check and inform the exact time. Purpose of appointment is that the client, patients can plan there other , further work.
If while giving appointment it is informed to clients , it may take longer then plan further things accordingly.Clients are well aware of it and also mentally prepared.
Please improve on this process of giving appointment and also ask receptionist to be courteous, patients coming there are already under pain. With this attitude and afer waiting for 40 minutes I had to leave even without meeting doctor, even though my friend was under severe pain and trouble.
Please note this is all about the process of appointment booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Amit Pande is d best Doctor, he is very polite, accurate and perfect..we respect to him very much. But receptionist is very rude. Appointment procedure is very irritating. Either phone call not pick up or busy.So many call are there after 10 am.
Really feeling bad. Best thing is only Dr. Is d best.
