I really liked the way she inspires to keep the balance of medicine, home remedies and physical fitness. Such a positive aura she has that I felt happy after each consultation with her. It was great to know her as a person and also as my doctor ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal experience with Cocoon and with Poonam Upadhaya Mam was fabulous. Since this was the first delivery with her and team I would like to Rate it to 5 star. Poonam Mam is very sweet and polite which is her usp. I went to her based on couple of my friends experience after which I have the same thoughts about her. She treated me very compassionately. She always told me that pregnancy is not an sickness stay as people force us to not to do this and this. Unlike others I felt normal throughout my journey. I did all my workouts, walks etc as prescribed by Dr.
Cocoon is a blessing to new mom’s they provide meals based on delivery type proper care, sanitation on time doctor visits day/ night.
So no words to express my gratitude towards doctors, nursing staff and hospital. Only hatts off to them all. Dr. Upadhyay is a greatest blessing to me and my child. We all take a bow to her and the services they provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poonam Ma’am is the best gynaecologist that anyone can ever get . She is an angel to me who helped me go through this phase with utmost east and the best care and precaution possible . She was always there for me . As I was an anxious mother , so would text maam in the smallest of my need , and maam would always make sure to clear all my doubts through messages . And if required she would call me for visit . I think that quality is difficult to get anywhere else . She was so personally involved with me that I felt overwhelmed and loved .
