★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Rao is not only a good doctor but a very good counselor too. He does not only listen to the patient's complaints but also explains the condition, tells you what medicines he is prescribing and how it is going to help. He is very realistic in dealing with the patient's ailments as a doctor is expected to do. He is thorough and updated in his specialisation and advises on handling the related problems too that leads to a particular medical condition .
I visited many doctors not only in Pune, but specialists in other cities and hospitals too. None of the doctors diagnosed my condition and explained it to me. They would listen but wont say a word. Wrote some terms on the prescription, advised medicines and that was it.
Where as consultation with Dr Rao made things much more clear and simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Receptionist. They straight away deny availability of the doctor and ask to book for any other day even after accepting that doctor is present in clinic. Didn't even bother to discuss further. Doctor needs to review this considering his reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading reviews from Google, I visited to this place but my exp. Is not good. He might be the best neurologist but on humanity grounds my exp. Very bad....he did not even bother to recommend any medicine or advice while patience was suffering from severe pain after taking his recommended medicines, rather his reception person answered to visit doctor after 2 days in that severe pain condition.....last but not the least the reception person is very rude and according to his responses it seems he is much bigger doc.than Mr.Prajwal Rao..
