I was pleasantly surprised when his assistant Pratima called to check how I am doing. His focus is really their health and not money, which is not something you often find unfortunately. He really empathizes with the patients and listens so he can provide the right treatment while also giving them the confidence that they will get better. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr prateek is one of the most generous and kindest doctors we have ever come across.An expert in his field , he treated my mom with severe coughing that she was experiencing since many days .The best part about him is he replies on WhatsApp whenever there was any need and in 2 days my mom's coughing subsided and his diagnosis was so accurate . After that our whole family was detected with covid and during that time my dad's ddimer level was so high but Dr prateek gave an accurate treatment with which it came do its proper level with the treatment that he recommend. His wife Dr keya Shah a very soft spoken and generous doctor who made us feel so safe and guided for treatment of thyroid for my mom. The way she explained everything to my mom made us feel very confident and felt that we were in safe hands as she assured us a lot of things and very convinced we felt after meeting her . I highly recommend Dr Prateek and Dr keya for the relevant treatments if any one wants to visit and also thank them wholeheartedly for such good care .

I had come from USA to Bombay to visit my family and was experiencing cough and irritation. He goes the extra mile to build rapport, have an engaging conversation, share reference materials that would help in gaining more knowledge about my sickness, show diagrams or videos to further explain the diagnosis and does a thorough job. I am very pleased with his service and with the way I was treated, being a new patient with him.
