★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital, staff and doctor were good to us.
Their behaviour was gentle and ambiance was also great but if we talk about expense it's on higher side. When I went their i did not find faculty of AIIMS infact their was only one doctor named Dr. Pratyush ranjan (He is really penuine and gentle doctor).
Like registration to such hospital is 700 which is no way justifiable.
Operation of cataract vary from 13k to 1.5 lakh what should have been in between 10 to 80k.
Apart from lens actual price the hospital take some unnecessary charges which make the bill heavy.
One more benefits is that they got link with different industries so look for your empanelled organization for free or no cash treatment.
I hope this helps to people who wish to take treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good but ended up waiting 4 hours to meet the doctor. Staffs with more authority are insensitive on the other hand most lady staffs were polite and are good but do not have much authority. I kept requesting one of the staffs I think his name is Ashwini shrivastav to let me jump the queue a little as the patient with me was specially abled but he kept saying not possible with no sense of empathy.
Advice to the management: Let elderly, pregnant and handicap people jump the queue by sometime atleast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no complain regarding the dr.,cleaning and staffs behaviour but some time staffs tool patient partener phones who don't know about google review they review them self by own and basically now a days Google account is more important Then other things so plz don't do that any more my mom told me that they have done that such kind of work I was amazed.

I was really apprehensive on treatment accuracy and the process complexity.
Whereas landing at ASG was my right choice.
They did complete investigation first and then suggest me the best option.
I realized the process was smooth although long but I guess that was to make the judgment accurate.
Every step was guided well and entire staff was too cooperative.
Cherry on cake was Dr.Pratyush around me and operating me.
He made my surgery smooth and very friendly.
He ensured that I should be engaged during my surgery so that my mind is distracted.
Post surgery my reaction was I wish I could have done this before.

I will be ever grateful to you all for giving me bright and clear vision.
ASG is the Best Eye Hospital for those who are looking for Lasik.
