★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with the online appointment, they don't provide any specific timings for the consultation. They took fees in advance(twice in case of online appointment) and did not called on the specified time. After waiting for an hour they said that the consultation will be done tomorrow. Next day they made me wait for 3 hours. I finally asked them to cancel the appointment and refund the fee, on which they hung the call. Looks like they are running scam in the name of online consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its pathetic how the entire hospital communicates about anything, from doctor availability to medical procedures. The doctor Punit Tiwari gave my mother immense hope and did the operation for urinary incontinence but rather did something entirely different which was not in plan. Though I understand complications can happen and we kept faith him and hope she'd get better with time, atleast that's was he said through out this time and we kept consulting him.
Now after 7 months,a surgery, lacs of rupees exhausted, and countless hours of waiting my mother is still in the same condition she was 7 months back. The doctor says your mother is old and it is difficult to get her in normal state making all the excuses possible which is exactly opposite what he was saying before she got admitted.
I really felt cheated with this hospital and the doctor and I do not recommend if you have any complex urinary issues. They simply cannot handle it and would leach as much money as possible.

Staff was very cooperative and the treating doctor Dr. Tiwari himself is a gem of a person , his diagnosis is superb! . Would say talking to whom about the issues faced by the patient automatically releases half of the stress. Very amicable and amiable approach of the hospital staff and doctors treating the patient...services and facility provided are really good...one of the best hospital we came across.Would recommend to the patients who really are in need of a good hospital and a superb doctor.
