★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience. Fraud man behind the innocent Face. Dr. R.B. Bhesania is money Maker from Insurance holders patients. He doing fraud with innocent patients. And also Services of hospital is very poor. Never suggest any one to go their for any kind of treatments. He is not a doctor, he just used his Degree for cheating with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't satisfied with the consultation by the doctor. He was busy on his phone when I was narrating symptoms and the notice outside tells us to not carry/use smartphone. Irony. He denied that there's nothing wrong with my throat after inspection. That's okay, but he was in denial of the symptoms too! When I explained that I can't even swallow water, he left it upon me to decide whether I should continue medicines or not, or whether I should go for tests or not. The doctor is the one who's expert, who should provide guidance; weigh down options and show a clear path for diagnosis and treatment. He literally didn't give any consultation/suggestion/tips to reduce my pain and symptoms and still charged me full fees. Later I went to SSG (run by government), the doctor there was junior, but way more empathetic and willing to help than Dr Bhesania. I don't know when the doctors would understand that more than your expertise and knowledge; what patient needs is someone who listens to them, who explains the disease/treatment to them in layman's term.
