★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the sweetest dietician I have come across. A place to be for all the people who want to gain or lose weight. Consulted Dr. Rekha few years back for my husband for weight gain & we could see results in a week. After years I consulted her again with my mom for her weight loss. Its been a month now and my mom has lost 7kgs already which is a huge number at this age as she is diabetic. Initially my mom was confused as to while eating everything, how can she lose weight. But a month down and her faith in Dr. Rekha is restored. Dr. Rekha is always available on phone for my mom. Thank you so much for helping my mom achieve her dream & weight goal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment you get the plan, it feels crazy as there you have something which normally we have heard not tobe health friendly. I was surprised to see the plan but it worked. Lost almost 4 kgs... Plus Dr. Rekha is very approachable and always ready to ans queries.

Dr Rekha helped me loose almost 6 Kgs in 2.5 months.Unlike a typical diet plan, she ensures that one is able to live a healthy lifestyle by not giving up on the food items one likes to eat. Her diet plan doesn not starve you but helps you to consume some proportuons of food at regular intervals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with Rekha Pohani! She made me wait for more than 30-40 mins on both my appointments , which were well booked in advance. This is like a careless attitude and no value for clients time. She is also argumentative when asked her why the long wait time! Her diets also didn’t help me, she asked me to eat Maggi too which is like poison for those dieting and trying to lose weight. Won’t recommend her to anyone! There are better ones out there who care for their clients health and time and not just after money.

I din only achive that but also felt energetic and bounce back to a healthy lifestyle. Surprisingly I achieved the target by eating simple regular home cooked meals. It is surly a path towards healthy Mind N Body .
