I had visited her clinic for the first time 5 yrs ago few for my cockatiel after visiting and having bad to average experience with other vets and all I can say is Dr. Rina is the a really good practitioner and compassionate towards animal : ) since then I always visit her clinic whenever my bird become sick

Very good , Doctors as well as all staffs are very much pet friendly and they are very much expertise as far as their job concerned.

Perhaps there are satisfied customers of hers too, but we've had a really bad and sad experience visiting her clinic. We've been taking one of our rabbits to her clinic who's having severe dental issues for more than a month now. She just kept on asking us to visit again and again for "Follow-ups". We now understood that these are simply the tactics of earning some extra bucks while keeping things complicated for the pet owners. Yesterday one of my rabbits has got the bloating issue. Keeping my hopes still high on her (also I didn't had more options at that time), I took my rabbit to her clinic. I've read about the bloating in rabbits on Google and it says that this is a life threatening issue to them and need to be treated and operated on urgent basis. Instead of being fully aware, how serious the issue is for these poor creatures, she simply injected some saline and IV to my poor animal and asked us to bring it again tomorrow for the operation; perhaps so that she could simply charge another visiting fee or maybe it was getting too late for her to wrap things up quickly and leave for her abode to get a good night's sleep. My poor rabbit's life ended on our way back home ? We were devastated by his death. We've taken care of him as a member and now it's gone simply due to her unprofessional decision of sending us back and asking us to come back early morning the next day for operation. She sent us back with the poor animal in so much pain. I can't believe that she had no idea whether my rabbit will see another day. She asked us to get the sonography done. Also told us that the issue is critical. Perhaps she might had misjudged the severity of this situation but that's not at all an option for those who claims themselves as professionals. I'm never taking any of my pets to her clinic ever again. Every bloody time she hands over a bill of more than 1K or 2K. We pay it, and for what!! To see our animals die like that. Money does matter to all of us but I don't think she's following the right path to earn it.

They are good with there knowledge and work ,but extremely expensive also when my bird was injured and I was called for second visit I was disappointed because I was given additional vitamins for the bird and my bill just soared up so very time I visit I pay near about 3500 k to 2500 k per visit .

For my cat best veterinary clinics doctor is really helpful understand the concern and give treatment properly. Good for pet's SPA as well.

Have taken multiple cats of mine here, will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Two of my young kittens seemed to have gotten an abscess wound (I later understood this) but according to Dr. Rina Dev’s staff they had “never seen something like this before”, not to mention the kittens were extremely weak hinting that some other disease was also present. I was new to cat parenting and stupidly decided to trust them. They did not perform any tests or gave any diagnostics. Even when one of the kittens passed away they didn’t bother to check if it was something that was transmitted. The other kitten started to show neurological damage and yet they didn’t bother to even let us know that there is some underlying condition. Abscess alone never causes such a degree of damage. All of this while they charged whatever fee they could think of. Unfortunately I lost both my kittens to pathetic diagnosis from them, never met a doctor who gives ‘never seen before’ as a diagnosis and doesn’t even pry to know further. The second time I took one of my slightly older kitten there who was downright having fits, the poor thing would scream in agony and all they said was that it was stress, I’m not a doctor but if someone is having straight up seizures and won’t even eat their favourite meal (especially a small kitten) I would right away get tests done knowing how small the time frame we get when it comes to small animals, but no, they waited for THREE DAYS before getting tests done, unfortunately my little guy passed away before the results came in. Charging 5-6k for every visit. When asked to leave the scalp-vein in so we can give the medicines at home (my mum’s a nurse and we have given IVs to cats at home before) they downright said that we won’t get the medicines elsewhere. When we took the prescription to the chemist we found that we already had all minus one at HOME, the worst part? The most EXPENSIVE of those meds cost RS. 75 ONLY, which makes me wonder what the hell are these people charging Rs. 6000 for EVERYDAY, knowing damn well most people can’t afford to pay that much. When people in the reviews mention that this place only care about money, that’s a pained heart crying, knowing how they lost their poor animal to the hunger and greed of these people. Every time I think of my little guy, all I can see are his cries and how insensitive and greedy these people are. They do not provide subsidised rates for strays or animals from poor families, they have no empathy nor warmth for them. So if you’re poor, know that you could spend your last penny here but that still won’t assure a good treatment for your animal, let alone their well being. I recommend The Feline Foundation in Versova, they’re a lost cost community clinic and actually show the value they stand for, understand the financial restraints of people are work around that. Dr. Rina Dev runs a business that has no mercy even towards innocent animals.

One of the worst vet clinics. I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS to anyone I had a small dog we are new pet owners. The careleness of the staff and doctors could have costed us her entire life. -She almost fell from a big height because the staff didnot pay attention to her and luckily i caught her. -They also vaccinated her very early which is never recommended for a 45 day puppy. -They also recommend syrups like calpal (human medicine) and crocin (human medications) which can kill a dog. Please please donot go to her if you value your dog's life.
