★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My local vets gave up on my cat. She was critical and her kidneys started to fail suddenly. After the blood test, we were not sure if she would survive. Fortunately one of my friend referred me to Dr Yash. He does not talk much ? but he does wonders with his patients. I admitted my cat there for a week. She was kept in in a separate air conditioned, clean and animal friendly room. Relieved ?. They have all the necessary equipment to make your companions feel comfortable. I know because my cat never adjusted to a different place. I was more confident about Dr Yash when I saw other cats around there rescued and adopted by Dr Yash. I am writing this review after 3 weeks of my cat been discharged all healthy happy and vibrant. Thank you Dr Yash for treating her, giving me a timely update, knowing how occupied you’re all the time. Thank you ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Yash and team are young ,dynamic and enterprising. They have no egos and aren't afraid to try all lines of treatment to help your pet recover.
The clinic is well equipped and clean.The helpers are Fantastic and go all out to help you.
They are good hearted and have a soft spot for stray animals. They do their best to be reasonable for treating them.
Super Pets won't make you spend on test after test or charge money for registrations as some greedy vets have begun to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go for grooming. Could be good vets but not groomers.
Really bad groomers. My puppy was unevenly groomed. I was made to stay to take care of him while he was groomed.
More over my puppy got ear infection because of not cleaning the ear, although I paid for it. I also think my baby was hurt on one of his paw while giving him a nail cut, as touching his paw he would scream.
Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Yash was very helpful with my kitten. She didn't survive as her condition had worsened but he tried his best. The service, helpers and both doctors were very understanding and co operative! I just wish they had more incubators so I could admit my kitten and there could be even 1% more chance of her survival if she had oxygen throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am at ease wenever I visit Superpets for my bunnies....Dr.Neha is brilliant with exotic pets and in her absence Dr.Nishant treated Bella very well.....Although driving from Lokhandwala is tiresome....we can't wait to see you soon in Andheri....:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at the clinic was very unpleasant. My cat was sick and still is. I went there 5 times in the past 4 days and I have seen no improvement in my cat's health.
The team of doctors are overworked and cannot provide the required attention to all the patients. They can be very rude when you try to ask them what they are doing and what their diagnosis is. They clearly had no clue but would not admit it.
They take care of at least 5 different patients at the same time and there is no consistency. In a single visit, up to 4 doctors can come and see your pet without checking the history. The paravets are great but the doctors are not up to the standard of their title. Patience and compassion was definitely not something I could observe, unfortunately.
The clinic is great for general check-ups and routine vaccines as you can walk in any time but avoid it if your pet is really unwell. It very much seems that they care more about the business side of things rather than your pet's health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat was seriously sick and no vet. near my vicinity could diagnosed her properly, she was puking all the time .
So we had taken a decision to take a second opinion and went to "super pets "
At our surprise Drs attended her and started invesigating immediately with their diagnosis we had taken decision to operate my Cat.
She was saved she is now recovering and fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started treatment of our Puppy Coco on 19th December in superpet. He was suffering from Parvo virus, After discussion with Dr pratyush he had hopes that coco can survive ,so immediately we decided to start the treatment ,they started full day treatment from 20 th December, but in 3days we had not seen any improvement in him and doctor were like it will take some time, but on 22nd Coco was given only 2 hrs of treatment. When we brought our Coco back after 2pm his condition became serious and we called on clinic's number Mr.Salva picked the call and Said "Aaj clinic Bandh hai kal lekar Aana".
I explained him about Coco's condition and he replied "agar aap bol rahe ho condition serious hai to aap dusre doctor ke paas lekar jaana"
He was not even ready to provide other vets contact number nor he properly guided me.He wasn't aware about Coco's treatment.
When I visited next day to his clinic his respond was very Rude.
Just because of his irresponsible behaviour and Wednesday off we lost our Coco.
Other Vets and supporting staff are very Helpful ,professional and supportive. Dr.Gauri,Dr.Pratyush and Dr.Nishant are very good Vets.
Mr.Salva is not a Vet he is Money minded shopkeeper.
I will suggest them to keep clinic open even on Wednesday with atleast 1 Vet.So other pets would not suffer like my Coco.
They could have saved our Coco.
DON'T WISH TO GIVE THEM THAT 1 STAR TOO, BECAUSE THEY DON'T DESERVE IT.
