★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this place a one star rating because of the pathetic service and staff attitude. Recently visited for lunch with a friend. We ordered multiple items and ran up quite a hefty bill. We complimented the staff for the delicious food, but gave them negative feedback regarding one dish - the gnocchi was chewy and not at all tasty. The staff was being defensive, and didn't care about customer feedback. We asked for the gnocchi to be knocked off the bill, and they blatantly refused saying that we were the only ones giving bad feedback about their gnocchi. Unacceptable behavior from a fine dining restaurant. The food is great, no doubt, but the levels of customer service is poor and pathetic; staff & chef attitude even worse. Don't think I'm ever going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is ok. The food is decent. We went for the pasta in cheese wheel but came to know that they have stopped serving it. So we ordered other pastas and pizzas. Basically you can get a better brick oven pizza at other places for the same price.

The Sangria we had was very refreshing and a fresh aromatic taste on the palate went well with the Italian food. Loved the place.. will visit again to try other dishes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went especially to remember and see if it can take me back to Italy! I feel they could just do a little better with some more love and cheese for the price, I felt as if I am eating only the bread. I had ordered a classic “Diavola”! But overall a decent effort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pizza restaurant in Mumbai. The food is authentic Neapolitan style. Prices is a little steep but the biggest problem is the service tax. I had a bill of 2.3k and the taxes were around 500 bucks. I mean I get it the service is good but I don't pay that much tax in much better restaurants that this. I sincerely request that you guys lower the service tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So late one Friday i decided i wish to eat wood fired pizza and where else to find the best wood fire Italian Pizza in town? Headed to khar to find my two feet at gustoso's doorstep, set in a dim light setting with a limited seating space but, the staff welcomes you through and is ready to turn things bright by their lovely service. Sat by the bar which is such a beautiful sight it's like the world is bottled up there. Got my pizza in literally 5 mins after order. Although I suggest the cocktails could use a little variety in the menu than what's offered. But that didn't sour my experience because I finally found the best pesto pasta to rely on. The comfort of walking into a place and knowing they will cook up something to your taste is a luxury in these days. Especially when the streets and every corner of the town is coming up with something new in food. Gustoso is like travelling from your home to your grandma's over for dinner only expect better thank what you've alredy tasted.
