★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Ryan cut my hair in 2018 the first time and cannot believe how beautifully he did it! I now trust him blindly with my hair style and colour. He is so meticulous, takes an hour and half, patiently measures each strand of your hair and cuts precisely how much is required to give that perfect look. The entire staff is talented, extremely helpful and do not differentiate between celebrity clients and regular clients and that is something I absolutely love about them. My sister and mom prefer Kevin for getting their haircuts and he does a great job as well.

Had an appointment for global + highlights with their senior stylist Rashmi whose charges are high still we booked her as we had an important function coming. Firstly, We had to wait for 30 mins at the salon as Rashmi had not completed her previous appointment.
Secondly, she did only on one side of the hair and the other side was given to a junior who only washes hair (good person by nature but she was not a professional stylist). Whereas the payment is still taken as per the SENIOR STYLIST.
Thirdly, Rashmi was so unprofessional, didn’t pay attention, entertaining other clients simultaneously. IT TOOK US 8 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE & still the end result was not as per the reference image shown. Then why did they ask for a reference image ?! Too many applications were done again and again to rectify the problem (no highlight streaks were seen. It was all merged with the global colour) but all in vain.
They tried to convince me by explaining the technical procedures and blaming some of the products but sounded absolutely lame.
Big show off this salon is as one or two celebs come here. Quality and customer satisfaction is zero. Will not recommend this salon to anyone !

This was the first place I got my highlights done, and I loved their service which made me come back. They do everything they can to make you happy. Nandini is a sweetheart and the whole team is very friendly and caring. They never fail to amaze you. Definitely recommended. I’ve always received extreme compliments whenever I’ve left this place. It’s not only their amazing work, but it’s the vibe and the people around what makes the experience so much better. They make you feel so warm and welcomed.
