Highly disappointing service .. went in for a relaxing massage , it was a breif session of 15 mins which they claim as 20 mins.. there was no relaxing room to take a massage and on the chair the massage was done under full focus lights which was far from relaxing . Later the hair was finger dried and I left the salon looking disheveled.. a salon is meant to
A. relax you which was not done
B. Groom which went opposite of that
No value for money more expensive than the others in the same area
No fixed price
With cash payment GST was exempted and if I would pay by card they would charge GST . I wonder how do these establishments work.
I have walked out of that place highly agitated and upset with the whole service at this salon ,
