★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unethical business practices and rude customer service. should've read the reviews. After having fixed a rate for a fixed kids massage/spa service with the owner, they went and provided more unwanted services by "asking the kids" who no idea of what's included vs not and without consulting parents. Ended up charging a lot more than agreed. Rude manager too, saying "kids should've known". Avoidable place as there are many other places that understand customer service.
Update to owner response. The washes were specifically NOT asked for and we had fixed that with the owner not to wash. The "bargaining" was asking you to honor what was promised but since you had already provided the service, which to repeat was specifically discussed with you NOT to, I still did not want you to lose money and hence was ready to pay not the full amount for something that wasn't agreed upon. The fact you consider that bargaining is why I paid you immediately and left. Your presumption about why I wrote the comment points to lack of understanding of customer service rather than understand why the customer is unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Sister and I went for the Spa pedicure, I was recommend by a friend to try this Pedicurist called Ajay so I let my sis get her service from him and Ganesh did my Pedi. Honestly we just wanted to go relax and get our feet fixed. Ajay was nice but it looked like he's just doing a Job. Very serious and I wouldn't say he is really good. I found him ok good types! Whereas Ganesh was more sincere in detailing and was warmer and I found him slightly better than Ajay. This was the first time I Visited Sam's Salon on friends recommendation.
The Lady attending us at the salon was really warm and often offered us beverages.
I would rate service wise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent salon! Very well maintained. I came here for a no bleach balayage and I absolutely loved the results. Shosing was my stylist and he recommended the best treatment for my hair. Absolutely recommend it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to have finally got a really great hair cut and style that changed my look. Prem was really good... took his time to analyze and discuss with me what would look good which immediately allowed me to trust his decision and I'm really pleased with my new look!
Then had a pedicure with Ajay which defintely met my expectations.
Sharen is more than just the person who coordinated my appointment. She makes you feel very comfortable and is more like a friend.
Defintely recommend this salon!!! Thank you!

I must say they give good service and the owner Vabiz is a very sweet lady. Always on her toes making sure her clients get the best.
