★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularly get my hair colouring and hair cuts here. I have curly hair and this is the first salon which understands the unique needs of curly hair. Lumi, my hair stylist is skilled in understanding my kind of hair and is super at glamming it up. What I like is also that I get good advice and not people selling products which is what I experience at other salons.
The other support services are also done skilfully and mindfully.
This is a addition to my earlier rating done in 2021- However, not to do with their service but rather a disappointment with their management decision. I had an annual package and relocated to Goa during the pandemic. Was refunded only 50% of the amount after many follow ups and lost around 171/2 k. It’s just these petty decisions which affect a brand. It’s more of a reminder that service and management go together for a holistic experience.
I would still go back there when I’m Mumbai due to my fav hair expert there.

He’s dam good with hair cuts and hair colour.
His recommendations for treatments are genuine and not purely for business.
He has good experience in this industry.
I would 100% recommend this place and Aniket to anyone whose looking.

Be it cysteine to haircuts to hair colouring even jus a normal hair wash love my hairstylists Hiren and Nitika so patient and sweet beautiful souls wonderful work
my nails are done by Samita Gautam Swati and Nandu awesome pedicures n manicures with nice nail art and a paraffin wax
Love coming to this place lovely hospitality even if it is the person who serves you coffee or green tea or water
