★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a simple haircut, just a trim and layers, the person who did it took half an hour just to trim and then another half an hour to blow dry. He took chunks of my hair and put the heat so close to it, it's damaged my hair. No one blow dries for half an hour, that is absurd. My entire head was hot 2 hours post the haircut. Such a bad experience. The guy didn't know how to handle my hair, he shampoooed pathetically and pulled my hair while combing it each time. I've had so much hairfall and I've lost my smooth texture and my already coloured hair has turned into a lighter shade. I didn't want to get my hair cut short but even after telling him that, he cut it super short. I used to have volume and now I don't. The prices might be decent, but trust me, don't go. Spend more at a better place, atleast youll save your hair. Bad ambience and the staff had too much attitude. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone. I really hated my experience and they spoiled my hair!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a facial yesterday, not at all professional, they don't even have a proper steam equipment, using a hand held steamer on the face for a few seconds,the staff doesn't even know how to do facial. Not even informing what products they are using, using open containers with no names, risking people skin.
Totally unprofessional.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to do facial here.
Charging Rs.2000/ for the same with no expertise.
Shocking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience, I should have stepped out when the hairstylist (Khushnat?) told me she can only cut wet hair. I I did not leave, should have known better …. Lots of silicon in my hair now. Now I have some unnecessary short hair on the middle of my scalp, (length was till the butt before getting it cut). Washing and dry blowing took some time - the cut itself was done quite fast. It came out as the worst haircut of my life, definitely not visiting again. I myself can do abbetter job in cutting my own hair, even though I am not a professional. Lesson learned, don’t go to a random shop just. Also- how good can a salon be, which offers everything- from Brazilian waxing to haircuts and nails…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place amazing staff amazing manager and an amazing owner who is humble and kind and sweet only problem is parking at the moment due to work other than that everything is perfect about the place they follow Covid19 protocols and norms too very hygienic very safe and well lit environment bit cramped at rush hour or working hours but yeah no worries
