★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a loyal JCB client for a while now but went to the Bandra outlet for the first time. From the time I entered till the time I left, it’s been so amazing. Vishal was my hair stylist and he did a fab job with my haircut. Very warm and friendly and gives you the right advice wrt your hair! He should be your go-to stylist when you book yourself a haircut here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a Haircut yesterday ! Monica at the reception was extremely sweet ! She offered me a haircut with the Senior stylist, since I had reached earlier than my appointment time. And Sunil who cut and styled my hair was extremely friendly and warm and did a fantastic job with the hair cut ! I’m definitely going there again and recommending this place to everyone I know ! There was another guy from JCB who did my hair wash and gave me a short head massage which almost put me to sleep. Honestly it was the most peaceful 5 mins !

Also had a hair treatment done by Nikhil Patil, a very sweet and knowledgeable guy. So happy with my services.

She explained properly what she had in mind and the results where beyond my expectations. Really appreciated how she puts her clients first and doesn't try to sell more treatments if they are not needed. Thank you, Sonali, I will definitely come back!

Would definitely go here again for a haircut. The salon is very clean and well maintained and very spacious with each station located at a good distance from each other.
