★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff can be very rude. A friend of mine visited and had a wardrobe malfunction because of which the chair she was sitting on got stained. They insisted on charging her for a brand new chair instead of just the cleaning charges. Re-upholstering a chair doesn't cost Rs.4500! My poor friend was forced to comply. I've visited this place too in the past, and my experience was just okay. But I'll never go again if this is how they treat customers, especially women on their period. In my book, humanity comes first, then business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner sitting at the counter makes a huge difference and that is a key factor why this place is buzzing all day anytime you go. They have great offers that suit your pocket to visit them more often. Hair wash, blow dry, gel nails, hair spa, all great. Place is very sweetly done up too and is expanded due to popularity. Good parlour in Bandra West. Near Pali Naka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced some of the best salon services at Pink Nail Spa. They were one of the only few salons that could accommodate me as early as 10am so I could get done by 11:30. I got nail extensions, hair wash and a blow dry in less than 1.5 hours and they did an extremely good and fast job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I deleted a very good review because after 2 days my gel polish fell off my two of my nails. I never had that happen before. I will not be going back.
My hair was done nicely though and it is a good place for a regular mani pedi.
People are nice, but place is small and a bit cluttered. Not a spa feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I visited this place a few days ago, when I was on my periods.
Firstly, it's not the best place for nails for the price they charge... And it's not the best place for humanity.
The owner behaved and reacted to a stained chair like someone was killed.
Instead of helping me to get home sooner and helping me with the app to get the payment done, the owner instantly called her fabricator to know how much she should charge me for spoiling her chair... How sensible... Everyone just kept staring to make me feel more guilty and uncomfortable untill I left. #chair is more important than humanity!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got nail extensions done and I was extremely u happy with the service. I went there late evening and the staff behaved as if they were doing me a favour by doing my nails. The lady was eager to leave and hence did an extremely quick and shabby job. The length is uneven and the filing is crooked. I messaged the owner and received no reply. The nail paint is put on the other side as well with no finishing. Extremely poor and would not recommend it
