★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appt fixed at 6pm.. but I went to them at 3.45 pm to ask if they can take me in now if possible as i had some up, the manager was having lunch outside & said no, but still you can then speak inside if its possible, I went in to ask and after discussion, they said that they were able to adjust me for my services.. to be clear, i did not force them, just asked them if its possible.. my seevices were manicure & pedicure, acrylic nail extensions with chrome on them.. mani pedi was ok.. but the lady who does mani pedi to clients is not trained for proffessional extensions.. she was doing it.. I had no idea she was not trained.. it was such bad work.. she wasted my time, energy & money.. My hand nails were all wonky.. worst manicure ever done.. as soon as i got home, i cut them back off as it was the worst ever.. i insisted the technician that i need very small nails as, i have a 1.5 year old child, she wouldnt listen.. The owner was right there in the salon & she never said a word.. This is unproffesionalism.. just because you dint want to loose a client, you do such bad job that the client will never return back.. I will always have bad reviews for this salon.. even after doing such bad job they charged me 3500/- for all the services included.. they had the audacity to charge me money after such bad work..
I have to travel maldives tomorrow, I will be correcting it by going to a salon I always trusted.. Never again, am I going to them..

The person who did my nails was really very good and perfect in her work... they understood exactly how I wanted my nails to look. The products that they use are of super high quality and they work with a lot of cleanliness ... it’s definitely an indtagramable place! I loved how my nails turned out... and would re visit this place for sure

Poor finishing, horrendous service.
I had shown them a picture a design I wanted and it was nothing similar to that.
Will not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place seems lovely for nail art, but that’s not the service I opted for, went in for a facial, hair cut (added a root touch up later) and basic brow shaping.
After booking a day prior when we reached there, the staff didn’t know there was an appointment, still they began the services about 10-15 mins in. Just a trim and blow dry was about 600, other competitors have provided proper hair wash, conditioning, massage and full fledged hair cuts in mere 1k, still decent I suppose.
Did a root touch up for 1500, the moment I stepped out in the sun I could see the front had no colour done whatsoever, major disappointment.
I had booked for a facial and apparently the starting price is 1k, however that didn’t include bleach, as someone who works in the industry this was the first time I heard of a facial that doesn’t include bleach by default. When checked with the therapist first she mentions detan facial is 1500 but doesn’t include bleach yet again, and only clean up is done in 1k, why is there so much confusion amongst the staff regarding the pricing and services is beyond me. Still I went ahead and said to add the bleach for extra 300, however what products used seemed to have absolutely zero effect, no proper massage for the facial, no tightening during the mask, oxy bleach at home is more effective! Didn’t say anything because we were in too deep, just knew I wouldn’t be returning.
Asked the therapist to thread the brows, but apparently the place doesn’t think of brushing off the hair after threading? I didn’t even realise until I looked and had hair all over my face, this is just basic common sense and courtesy at this point! Even the threading wasn’t done properly, most of the hair around the tail was not done, asked her to remove those and I ended up with uneven brow length? This isn’t some serious issue, but really shows how little training is giving to the therapists, and how they have zero regard for their clientele.
And for whatever reason in the world, they have two different places for facials and hair colouring, in the sense that you have to wear just the robe and walk outside in the open and then go studio 1 to wash off your hair colour just incase you wanted to add a facial in the midst of it? Wouldn’t it be more logical to have two facial rooms since it’s such a common service?
The staff is very uninformed about their own membership packages and service prices, never trust an organisation with such lack of transparency.
Their nail technicians might be lovely, but other beauty services are to absolutely AVOIDED, such a waste of a prime location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to GlamNails for a gel polish. The place is so cute. The moment you enter it, it brings a smile to your face! The lady who did my nails was quite sweet and patient with me while I chose which colour to get.
It's been 3 weeks and the gel polish hasn't chipped. It's perfect.
Will definitely visit again.
