β β β β β This place is amazing! The staff are courteous and kind, and the doctors are attentive and equipped to accurately diagnose and treat animals. Because I brought my dog here, we found out she had a parasitic infection, that we shouldn't keep her meat in the fridge, and that we shouldn't feed her any green veggies. I'm glad I came here.

β β β β β Had the most unfortunate incident.. Happy Tails is supposed to be such an experienced vet with a score of doctors under them yet they left my pet undiagnosed despite her having synptoms throughout the year.
We only could find out about my beagle's critical condition after taking her to another vet. I'm saddened by this incident. Do not recommend this clinic to anybody!!

β β β β β Our dog had been dealing with a very bad GI infection that seemed to have no end in sight. He was incontinent for over 10 days and our local vet was unable to help him recover. We heard about Happy Tails and especially Dr. Nicole through friends and rushed our dog there. He was up and about in just 2 days with no more follow ups, no IV meds and no more incontinence. It was nothing short of a miracle. Everyone, right from Dr. Nicole to the rest of the staff have been very empathetic, transparent in treatment and communication. This combined with the fact that our pet was back on its feet in such a short time has instilled so much confidence in us.
We can blindly recommend Happy Tails to anyone!
