★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ritesh Agrawal sir, first of all thank you very much for the surgery (Total Thyroidectomy). I think you are like God for us. I have no words to describe you sir.
My wife had a nodule in thyroid gland both left/right (swelling which is little bigger in size ,called Goiter), which DR. Sir has suggested for surgery and explained very well about the procedure.
The main part is my entire interaction with him till I met him in the hospital at Lilavati was on Whatsapp. That was a great experience. He was available most of the time and replied to the smallest of my doubts. Dr. sir is very cooperative and helpful who prioritized the well being of the patient / family and always ready to help.
I meet him on 10th Nov 2021 the day of surgery of my wife and was truly satisfied and very much thankful to God for putting us in the right hands.
Sir is very transparent and guide us on the right track and explained all complications. (As the Gland was bigger in size).
Finally the surgery was very smooth, she can speak immediately after shifting to the ward. Post surgery Dr sir was regularly monitoring the patient condition on WhatsApp till my wife was recovered.
His team at Lilavati hospital is amazing all are very loving / caring (Dr.Sheshi sir thanks for support……..)
I strongly recommend Dr.Ritesh Agrawal sir for everyone. God’s blessings always with our dear Dr. sir

He is one of best doctor I had ever come across in this world with a very polite and humble nature, he is also best in his profession, also ensures all the patients that he is in safe hands by discussing each and every matter regarding the surgery with the patient in a quite relax mode. His skill and contribution towards this field is exceptional.I know this because I am doctor myself and when I consulted various other professionals in the field for a parathyroid operative I was seeking for my mother , Dr Ritesh was the first choice everyone recommended.
In the field of thyroid and parathyroid surgeries.. he is undoubtedly the MAESTRO! My mother’s case was very complex one and there was great risk involved but the case was managed very appropriately with no complications.
His skill is exceptional no doubt but his personality is even more unique. He is a very humble person and genuinely cares for all of his patients. I had the chance to interact with some patients that he treated at the hospital and they were all in awe of the kind of doctor he is!
Dr Ritesh has a very meticulous approach towards patient care and management depending upon the patients treatment needs and economical condition. He’s always lend a patient ear to clear our doubts and queries over the phone which was such a blessing during the pandemic times..it saved our time and our our concerns to visit hospital during the initial consultation part. The best part that I appreciate in him is the way he is very clear in explaining the diagnosis, treatment options, post operative care ,associated risks if any, cost ..every thing very methodically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Agrawal is a devoted, intelligent, extremely polite surgeon as well as a very kind, humble, prodigious and wonderful human being. He did not only understand and addressed my ailment but also my fears. Best thing is he devotes time and explains everything about the surgery and recovery process in detail. After the surgery, anytime I had a problem/question he would answer immediately. Just knowing that He’s there, takes away all the stress. I would be overflowing with problems but his words “Don’t worry, I am there, ask me anything” would make me feel better. It's been more than a month since he did my surgery but till date he replies immediately if I have any concern or question. Many a times, as a patient I feel reluctant or hesitate as to how many times he would reply but it amazes us how patiently he replies to every message.
I have never ever come across a doctor like him who is so devoted and caring for his patients. He has always motivated me and given me strength n courage to fight. It’s always a privilege and honour to talk to him.
With Dr Ritesh I always felt I was in safe hands and would always be taken care of. I don’t have words to express my gratitude for taking such good care of me. Along with his surgical skills, his words can do the magic which medicines alone can’t do. I just wish if I ever need any treatment in future then I get a doctor like him. I wish and pray to God to bless him all the success and happiness in life.
