★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good & swift service. Purchased a JR pass from them and the staff explained me the process very clearly & emailed me the info in details. The overall experience was satisfying. Their working hours are limited, outside of those stated fixed hours you won't be able to contact anybody say if you had an emergency/issue (1 star less for that). Wish they had a 24 hour customer service for such emergency cases for customer, if they can work on that, it would be very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to get Japan Rail passes last minute. Called up JTB, they were able to provide the passes same day and the agent we spoke with was knowledgeable, as well. We rushed over to pick up the passes, and everything proceeded smoothly until it was time to pay.
The total price was confirmed and also written down. However, when they charged the credit card, they rounded up to the next rupee. When we asked for an explanation, we were told this is just policy. The staff rudely tried to talk to each other in a different language, in front of us, about the situation thinking we wouldn’t understand. We then demanded to speak to a manager, and instead our sales agent was sent over and tried to explain this was standard practice. We asked them to refund the amount and charge the correct amount. We were then told they had sent the transaction to the bank and couldn’t do that. The manager eventually did show, was very pleasant and appologrtic, and gave us a cash refund for the overcharged.
