★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is regarding a recent experience that I have had with Dr. Roy.
Since I do not hail from Mumbai, I took an appointment for a telephonic consultation on 7th October. They sent me a link for the payment around 6:30 pm and scheduled my appointment between 8-9 pm. After making the payment I didn’t receive any call from 8 to 9:15, even after me calling/messaging them repeatedly. At 9:15 they tell me to remove the review which I had put 2 days back owing to the cold behavior of his assistant Dr. Varsha (I was following up with her since a week, had sent her pictures of a serious development on my skin but I didn’t get any response for the same). This compelled me to put a negative review. Now after taking the money, they are putting a condition to remove the review in order to get consulted by Dr. Roy.
So folks, that’s how Dr. Sitesh Roy treats his patients. Are you a doctor or a businessman sitting in a doctor’s attire to deceive people and take advantage of their problems. For any doctor, the patient’s condition/problem should be the priority and not any bloody review (which by the way was also made because of the lack of response from you and your assistants).
I have never come across such a “DOCTOR” before! Shame on Dr.Roy Health Solutions Clinic

He is extremely knowledgeable person that reflects though his speeches on various forums. He connects very well with his patients and always try to understand his lifestyle so as to decode his illness. With his impeccable expertise, Dr. Roy makes whole efforts to cure the disease from the roots.
I have been treating my 77 years old mother last several years for her asthma and other illnesses, and honestly the results are outstanding. I would say Dr. Sitesh Roy is one of the finest Dr. in our country. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Roy is knowledgeable, courteous and forthright. He and his staff are extremely helpful. I first took my 6 year old daughter to Dr.Roy a year ago as she was suffering from frequent cough and cold right from her birth. We had been taking her to several well-known pediatricians all these years but their diagnosis just gave her temporary relief and her cough would reoccur again and again.In the first meeting itself Dr.Roy did a skin allergy test and we came to know she had allergic asthma.
Dr. Roy very patiently explained me the diagnosis and treatment. My daughter's health improved right from the day , she first started taking his medicines. And today she is a healthy child with well controlled asthma.I just wish I had met Dr.Roy a few years before... my daughter would not had to go through all that suffering. Dr Roy is incredible.Its rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

How come these people never post anything negative about the bureaucrats, politicians and police even though they have terrible experiences with them? Because they know their tail will be on fire if they do. Its these defenseless doctors who are putting their life in danger day in and day out, to save our lives, that bear the brunt of such vile slander born out of anger and hatred. Such people who don't have respect for doctors should NOT receive treatment from ANY health practitioner!!
I have to emphasize here that I have had nothing but the best experience with Dr. Roy and his team. He is a very knowledgeable and insightful doctor and also a caring and thoughtful human being. My entire family go to him for our regular check-ups and health maintenance. Most doctors focus on suppressing disease symptoms, but he provides the best dietary and lifestyle advice for prevention of disease. He is the only doctor who wants that you don't come back to him. :-) My heartfelt gratitude to you Dr. Roy for keeping me and my family healthy and safe during this pandemic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Dr. Roy 3 weeks back for my mom (76 yrs) who has diabetes, high BP and had been having high fever on and off for the last few days and was feeling very very weak. Dr. Roy managed her case like a thorough professional. He examined her and advised a blood test, which showed Malaria and a falling platelet count. He advised that she be hospitalized immediately. We did that as per his advice and within 2 days with the proper care she was out feeling much better. She regained her strength in 3 weeks by following Dr. Roy's guidance and is now healthy and going about her normal daily routine. Thank you Dr Roy Sir for your accurate and timely advice! Please don't pay any heed to the disgruntled unhappy souls who are saying bad things about you and continue doing the great work you are doing. Barking dogs will bark. I pray that you continue your noble service for many years to come. God Bless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a regular patient at Dr. Roy Health Solutions Clinic, I always have a great experience. The way that the clinic has handled the pandemic & has been doing after is surprisingly amazing. The staff are always friendly and after my regular hygiene skin appointments, my skin always look and feel great.
Not just me, all my friends love this place. It's like our skin becomes alive from their meticulous treatment.
You need not to think twice before visiting this clinic for your skin problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t generally write reviews but today I feel compelled to share my experience at Dr. Roy’s clinic. If this helps one more person in sorting their issues out under his guidance, it would be totally worth it. I can only give 5 stars here but consider it equal to 50000 stars from my side.
My 13 year old’s body all of a sudden broke into some rashes which I had never seen before. Till now I had never heard of urticaria and dermatographia. It was a scary sight for me and as a mother you can imagine what I must have gone through emotionally. On top of that she contracted covid and her fragile body couldn’t take the load and the situation turned into long covid haul. We visited dermatologist / neurologist / rheumatologist / gastroenterologist / physiotherapist – got multiple blood tests done. You name it and we have done it.
In such situations all you can do is place your faith in your doctor and pray for your kids to go back to being their healthy self. Bless the person who referred Dr Sitesh’s name. The minute we met him, we knew we were in good hands.
Oh boy! Some patience he has ? He listened to my woes patiently, never hurried me off, was thorough in his investigations, made sure that all our questions are answered. Instead of just scribbling away the medicines and handing over the prescription, he made me understand that why these medicines are being given. Whenever he sees me anxious and worried, he tells me to stop googling stuff ?
He could have easily called me to clinic every other week and I would have gone running. Who cares about the money when kids are sick. But instead all I did was message him on the current status and he will write back guiding me to my next step.
He worked hand in hand with our pediatrician too and when my daughter was hospitalized both of them collaborated and discussed the case.
I am a big fan of his support staff too. Always available, extremely efficient and so gentle with the kids.
My daughter is on her way to recovery now and we are tapering down the medicines. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
