★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was admitted during Covid second wave in Pristine. Though he was transferred within less than half a day to another hospital, Pristine had already performed many blood tests as "regular protocol" . But when requested for these test results, we did not receive the reports for more than 10days after discharge. When we followed up, we were told that they got lost and they need to request for the reports again. The customer service is very polite to respond, but losing reports was not appropriate. Also, the RMO was not approachable but was very prompt at passing comments like, 'feel lucky that you got a bed! '.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was treated by this Diabetologist for Covid 19. He went walking with oxygen saturation of 97 but died in 1 and a half days. My question is how can a Diabetologist treat Covid 19 patient. Name of treating hospital Apex hospital and Treating Doctor Sagar Kajbaje. Now he is not affiliated with apex hospital. If something has gone wrong then God with take care of this Doctor.
