★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been around two months since this treatment was completed. First of all in this review, i would like to thank Dr. Kaustubh for helping me get cured of the severe coughing. Coughing is totally resolved and even i am surprised by the effectiveness of ayurveda. The treatment was totally satisfying and met my expectations. If not for this treatment i would be dependent on the Inhaler pumps for a long duration (months or perhaps even years) to get relief from recurring cough. All of that has vanished as if i am not the one who was suffering from the coughing. :D
The treatment was herbal massages and steam sessions over some days and then Vaman and Virechan on different days. Vaman invovled drinking large quantity of water in lesser time so as to induce repetitive vomiting. It was tough and even though i tried my best, i struggled to consume the required quantity of water and do more number of Vamans. After few days Virechan followed, which had to be done at home. In spite of the trouble in getting required number of Vamans, i have been cured fully.
For those who are unaware, from consumer point of view it is good that some insurance policies cover Ayurvedic treatments. Check for Ayurvedic treatment cover as well as Day Care and OPD cover with your existing health insurance policy provider. Lack of insurance cover is no more an obstacle provided one has opted for the relevant cover. Another reason why patients would go ahead with Ayurvedic medicine as policy cover would not be an issue provided it's what one has availed. My personal experience is that getting reimbursement for Ayurvedic treatment is more tedious as compared to allopathic treatment whenever my relatives have claimed those. At the time of writing this review i am still struggling to get the claims reimbursed. I hope the insurance policies do not discourage the patients who have belief in rich tradition of Ayurvedic medicine by making Ayurvedic claims easier. This would not be the ideal boost for Ayurvedic industry (Practitioners, Ayurvedic medicine manufacturers, patients having belief in Ayurveda) if insurance providers continue such attitude towards reimbursing claims for Ayurvedic treatment.
I end this review thanking Dr. Kaustubh once again. The treatment and cure is upto expectations.

Dr. Kaustubh Bhure not only recommended me the apt combination of Ayurvedic Medicines and vitamin D supplement dosage but also guided me in detail about the dietary and lifestyle modifications. He provided some tips on home remedies as well. His medicines suited me very well, and without any side effects, I stand fully recovered after one and half months. I am very thankful to Dr. Kaustubh Bure and his staff for all their guidance and cooperation during my recovery journey.
