Dr. Satish Mathew’s Heart Lung & Vascular Clinic - Noida

My mother had an angioplasty a year back and the Dr who did angiplasty has messed that up completely. there was a life threating situatiion and my mother case was handed over to Dr Satish mathew. He did not only save her life but also ensured the post surgery trauma minimized , post surgery my mother had severe infection and again Dr mathew have taken complete care of her ,till she got completely recovered. This was tough period and Dr mathew's kindness for his patient was very very hearting and touched all of us . all in all excellent Dr, with great interpersonal skills , very humble and definitely the best Doctor in NCR . His sincerity and dilligence is unmatched. Thank you Doctor. we continue to take our mother for routine follow-up to his clinic and he is always pays attention.

Dr. Mathew is Great doctor, Possibly I will say best cardiac surgeon in word ( based on my personal experience I am saying - visited so many countries included out of India hospitals also ) , treatment with personal touch create difference.

5 years back , i had a massive heart attack and was admitted to the hospital . I was diagnosed with aortic stenosis with complete heart block . I was supposed to be operated for value replacement and by the grace of god , i got Dr Satish Mathew as my surgeon . He explained to me everything related to the surgery in great detail, comforted my family by explaining every pros and cons . The surgery was a success , and uptill today he has been very meticulous with all the details of my medicine and my regular blood reports. He is very helpful , nice and dedicated to his profession. I would highly recommend him to anybody who is looking for a great cardio surgeon

!! Not a paid review (unlike most reviews here)!! I had an appointment with Dr. Satish Mathews (Cardio and Vascular surgeon) at Kailash Hospital for my mother (aged 67, suffering with varicose veins) and I say this pure honesty, that he is the most egocentric and disrespectful doctor we have ever met. Such was my experience that I requested for refund of our OPD charges (Rs. 1250) and registered a complain in person to Mrs. Ritu Arora (Group MD- Kailash Hospital). To give you a piece of what we went through, here are some of his responses to our queries- "I do incision and not laser, go to Gangaram hospital if you want Laser"; "don't ask me for any cardiology guidance, I'm only a surgeon AND NOT A CARDIOLOGIST. If something happens to your mother or if she gets a heart attack on the table, I'm not responsible", after a while he went out and then asked his nurse to hand over the prescription to patient and ask them that its done and go away!!, and its just the tip of the iceberg. Please, please!! If you see his reviews to be 5 star rated, kindly re-consider (I also fell to the same trap). Humble advice from someone who has seen his 67+ aged parents getting disrespected and insulted. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is my response to Dr. Mathews reply (below) to my review (above): Firstly, had you paid attention and listened to us more patiently and humbly (instead of reluctantly willing to see us again upon my 70+ aged dad's request) you would have got to know all the details. Yes the heart problem was diagnosed right before the surgery, and we did saw our cardiologist later and got all necessary checks (we even tried to show you the Holter report but you paid no heed). We came to you since you claim to be a cardiologist & vascular surgeon, we thought you could be provide us better guidance on the path forward and better take care of my mother during surgery. But thanks for calling out that YOU ARE NOT A CARDIOLOGIST!!! (for everyone here to note) Secondly, you didn't deny any of the claims above, so you too agree that you misbehaved and lied (asking your assistant to hand us over the prescription card and asking us to go, said that you are not a cardiologist, that you DON'T DO LASER SURGERY rather do INCISION and that you are "JUST A SURGEON AND NOTHIING ELSE" !!). Please let your reply remain here as a proof for people to know the reality and then decide if they still like to pursue

I have been visiting Dr. Satish for almost 7 years now for my husband who was diagnosed with hypertension. I had panicked on the discovery and right at that moment someone recommended Dr. Satish. It has been a wonderful experience ever since. He is very patient and listens to all of our concerns. He doesn't bombard us with unnecessary tests and medicines. He is concerned with the reports and wellness of his patients. Despite his extra ordinary medical record, he is very humble and kind. You won't feel that you are seeking guidance from a doctor but instead you will feel that he treats you as a family member and is genuinely concerned with your well being and recovery. Of course this kind of relation develops when you show faith in your doctor. God bless him, we need lot many doctors like him.
