★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultation is pricey given the doctor's flamboyant qualification. The doctor is quite professional in her approach and does make you feel comfortable during check up. I'd say, except for the exorbitant consultation fees, the service is quite nice.

She referred my daughter to Surya Clinic where they demanded only cash payment and said they gave no credit card machine and when I wanted to RTGS they said they wanted to make a copy of check to give IFSC Code. When we checked in they asked cash or credit card my daughter told them credit card. Wondering why asked credit card if they had mo machine. Something suspicious here Surya hospital should check into this for only cash payment. When I called doctor her assistant picked up and said she will talk to clinic and nothing happened and doctor never took my calls or called back. Worst doctor would not recommend her to anyone. Surya hospital is a big hospital but I was shocked to know they have no credit card machine. Initially for a absys removal minor surgery Dr Segal told me daughter Rs 25k then changed to Rs 35k. It actually costed Rs 37.5k and they finally took our bank check but didnt give receipt yet. The accountant left with check from my home and didnt send a receipt yet. Worst doctor and worst Clinic. Something is suspicious in the whole arrangement.

What a bad experience I've had, made me wait for over an hour and expected me to wait longer for another 45 minutes to an hour.
What a waste of time! If you can't respect the time of your patients, why do you even give us appointments?
That too in times of a pandemic when crowding in a confined space is so dangerous.
My mom and I have been going to her for several years and probably thats the reason they take their old patients (customers) for granted.
Also, extremely PRICEY now too!
Highly DON'T recommend visiting this clinic!!!
Need to find a better and PROFESSIONAL gynaec in Juhu, suggestions requested.
