★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have ideally written this review 11 months ago when we had an amazing experience with our first pregnancy under the comforting guidance of Dr.Dhurandhar. While most couples prefer going to a female gynaecologist on the contrary what I concluded after dealing with both genders, men are much more empathetic towards the mother to be. Experience with Dr.Dhurandhar has been the basis of this biased opinion.
He is available and really available ! I am sure a carrying couple know what this means.
He helped us really enjoy this journey with his confidence about the progress not letting us miss his timely check ups and guidance.
We were expecting our baby anytime from 36 weeks and he stayed calm till 42 weeks with us encouraging to wait for the time decided for the baby to arrive.
One can have many preferences and planing of how your pregnancy should go with multiple myths and advises around Normal and C section however we realised its end of the day the child only leads to the best way of arrival neither us as parents nor the doc.
Thanks Ameet for delivering to your promise as a professional. In you we found an amazing doctor to consult and friend to talk to .. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An incredible / one-of-a-kind doctor who understands that a woman’s desire for a “natural birth” does not simply mean a “vaginal / non C-section birth”. He is a waterbirth and Hypnobirth practitioner and treats his patients more like friends than numbers. He’s 100% accessible yet is not addicted to his phone (unlike many doctors I’ve met in Bombay). He truly cares and truly takes time out for each and every patient. If you are looking for a non-rushed, calm and peaceful birth, without unnecessary interventions, this doctor is for you.
I have a blood mutation, yet was able to have an uncomplicated natural (drug free) birth under self-hypnosis with no epidural (and no pain) — thanks to the patience, confidence, kindness and faith of this doctor.
