Had my knee ligament operation from dr shekhar shrivastav. Doctors fee is 1200 and he didnt even spent 12 seconds with patient except in the operation theatre. Before surgery everything was good but The attitude was rude and not satisfactory after the surgery. 2 of the stitches were bleeding but he just laughed and walked away and didnt even see properly. The staff used normal 2rs. Bandage on stiches. They didnt even bandage the stitches properly. Very pathetic experience.

I am so unhappy to state my today's experience of Santparmanad Hospital. Firstly they charge a good fees for their treatment i.e. 1000 and don't accept card or any other online transaction. A doctor with a good knowledge I must say but with a mannerless behaviour. He have a big staff to handle everything like he don't even pick his pen that everything is done by his staff. I went there for 2nd time for my mother's shoulder pain. For first time too he told my mom to have a injection on shoulder but we denied saying let's consult with family and take physiotherapy first. Now for the 2nd time when we went there he convinced us that the injection is really important so we have to take it. I asked for the cost of the injection and he said it is 2000 for it. I told him if we can take it from outside then he said no you can have it here only and within the blink of an eye his staff was ready with the injection. We came out and went to chemist to take the medicine where I got to know that the same injection is of only 117 rupees. I was literally shocked. I went straight to the doctor's room and asked him about all these things where he said that it's the charge of him to inject a patient. I was really calm and asked him that sir you could have mentioned that this is the charge of mine when I asked you about the injection where he became so rude and told me this is the charge of my knowledge I have earned it. And the cherry on the cake was his pathetic staff who told me "paise nhi dene to baat alag hai". His name was Om who was a junior doctor I guess. They were some 6-7 people and me alone arguing about his high charges and not let know his patients about it. I really thought he was a good doctor but got to know it today that he just thinks his patients are customers. Shekhar srivastava a surgeon who is a money minded person and all his staff is mannerless and arrogant too. He was so rude that he even said don't try to play with me and my words. But I said him sir I think you have played really well with my words as I clearly asked you about the price of the injection and even told you can we take it outside and you simply said no. You should have said that this is the charge of injection inclusive my fees.

Had the surgery of right leg of my father after a major fracture. Dr Shekhar was amazing in his attitude and support. We had a successful and satisfactory operation. Thanks Dr. Shekhar!

One of the worst doctor Sheikhar Srivastava. I. have seen in the life he gave me steroids for back pain which affect my heart . Cause problems and make money and take as a customer rather than giving solution Please go somewhere else for treatment rather than Dr sheikhar Srivastava ????
