I was hospitilsed for severe loose motion and vomiting case under CK JAIN &. BK AGGARWAL. They didnt even come and meet me once. Earlier they told me we have one room availibilty at 1st floor then they shifted me 6 beded ward which is full of mosquitoes are there i dont know how patient will survive there. After 2 hours of admission they send me food of (daliya + moong dal + custard) they dont even know about my case F&B boy is asking me whether your are diabetic or not. F&B people doesn't cordinate with diatician to know what kind of food they hv to give to the loose stool patient they hv given me daliya which is rich in fibre. I asked sister to call your F&B manager she didn't.. moreover meanwhile Dr rao came and roaming around and went out i was waiting from 8pm to 10-30pm to start my treatment i asked sister when dr will visit she said (wo to chale gaye subha aayenge) what kind of visit is this when you hv not visited to patient. Before admission they took the whole money for next 2 days.
They are behaving like we are from ESI or Some CGHS panel.
Then i asked to give me discharge they said you have to sign the responsibilties papers why would i sign you are giving wrong food, wrong treatment & mosquitoes bed to the patient why would anyone sign responsibilties papers...
At all the floors they hv lords murti and DAAN PETTI (Money collection box) to fill that boxes with money
Pandit at reception area with Lord Hanuman is aaking for money
Oh lord leave some place...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a multi speciality hospital. But these days it seems not good in medical care. Because no. Of cases they are unable to manage. Need improvement in medical emergencies. It's on the path of another private hospitals to fool the patient family. When they were unable to handle case they didn't refer you instead they said now your patient will get better at home. It's ridiculous. Seriously didn't expect this from them. And all the machinery and medical equipments they are using are outdated and didn't work properly. And the building requires immediate renovation. Because during rainy days there roof started leakaging. I wish I could rate zero star but there is no option available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital might be good but the gyne department is too below the expectations. Atleast 2.5 hours of waiting is a minimum this. Even then the doctor just meets you for like 10 to 15minutes max.

I had a Grade III ACL tear and a Grade I Miniscus tear and was recommended to admission by Dr. Shekhar Srivastav, who is a gem of a person who made us understand the entire procedure and made it appear like it wasn't a huge surgery. I'm grateful to the nurses, physicians, and personnel who worked at this hospital when I was there.

He is very polite and listens to each patient carefully and clearly explains the required treatment to be done.Thanks to Dr. Atul Agarwal, within 4 days, my daughter is completely normal.
It's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients.Staff was very humble and cooperative..The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The staff was courteous, helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services. Strongly recommends Dr Atul Agarwal.

Now it has become a multi-specialty hospital with good doctors. I had a very good experience in past visits for cataract surgery. Also they have very good Gynecologists.
