★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to doctor Shetty's for about 3 years and he is an amazing doctor, all the treatments have worked well for me but my bad review is due to the following reasons:
1. The receptionists are unreasonable. Upon visiting the doctor I was told to get a blood test done and get back to him. But since he wasnt available that week I was told to come the next week. But on visiting the next week I was told to pay the consultation fee despite being told prior to this that it is not required for blood report reviews. The receptionist that day was extremely rude and to a degree extremely unprofessional.
2. Dr Shetty is extremely busy so despite taking appointments we have to wait for hours and finally when we do meet him its only for a few minutes.. For the hefty consultation fee charged the time spent is extremely less to be honest.
3. The medicine available are expired at times. There were times when I purchased the medicine from the pharmacy present there but was given expired medicine. It is highly irresponsible of the chemists to sell medicines that have expired.
Dr Shetty is an amazing doctor and individual, his treatments have always worked for me but the clinic as a whole was very unpleasant so I chose to discontinue my visits there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came first for screening of moles and despite not being a common ailment here in India, Dr. Shetty quickly identified the ones that needed removal. I can surely say that none of the dermatologists I met before in France, my home country, took the problem as seriously as he did. I have also been to him for cosmetic procedures and he provided me with a cost-effective treatment plan. What might have taken two months in France i.e. having an appointment, procedure and follow-up, was done here in one week.
Dr Shetty’s approach is professional, meticulous and patient-oriented. The attention and quality of services that he provides are on par with international standards. The staff at the clinic is also very courteous. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome.

The doctor should really need to work on hiring receptionist, the receptionist is very unprofessional
I have waited for more than 2 hours past my appointment timing and no one seemed to care.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they don't care about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased with my experience at Dr. Shetty's.
I heard about the doctor from my family and friends. His treatments are very effective, he is very honest about the course of action and how long it will take. Most dermatologists try to push their very expensive medications and procedures. He doesn't do so.
The wait time is tolerable, as almost every good or famous doctor you go to has the same or even worse .
The clinic is very well maintained, the other doctors and staff are all very friendly .
I would definitely recommend the clinic to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go for hair transplant there. They call another doct (Dr Deepak shetty), though he might be a good dermatologist, but the hair transplant done by him is terrible, he didn't do it himself but his team (except the technician who gave anaesthesia, all other were inexperienced, they were talking in Kannada and I could hear them saying that for 2 of them it was their first HT) , horrible experience. Doctor claimed that he harvested 5000+ grafts but if you see my results, any doctor can easily say they scammed me. They did it so recklessly that I am going for 2nd HT. The careless attitude of Doc shocked me. I recommend never go for HT from dr Shetty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places in Blore for skin treatment. Waited for 2 hours after booking an appointment for just a consultation. Extremely dis courteous staff. They offer no help and make sure you pay for the consultation as soon as you enter. That is not standard medical practice at all.
