β β β β β The experience was very average. I had booked a table the previous day and the same was confirmed but when I reached the restaurant there was no reservation done. The things that were promised were not provided. I had ordered a cake which was not delivered, even after taking the message from me personally. Didn't expect this .

β β β β β Amazing food and ambience. The desert selection is just outstanding , you possible canβt eat all of them . The selection of food is very good and it will satisfy all your desires . Totally recommend.

β β β β β Waiters and chefs are here to check everything and fill out what you need. I recommend you to have something more delicious. Seasonal mango and juice were really delicious. It was impressive that the Indian filter coffee which had never been tasted was poured into a brass cup and poured until it was frothy. A staff member with a pierrot made something for the kids with balloons and helped people to enjoy the morning with joy.

β β β β β A close friend treated me to breakfast the other day at the Ritz. Due to covid, they were serving the food on the table, instead of buffet, which while takes away from the visual of choosing your food, is a good idea in hygiene. Infact it is probably a great idea for all buffets to move to this format, to also reduce wastage and over eating (ha ha) but ya, it would be a burden on the wait staff!
I asked for a fruit platter and an egg white omlette and the steward also brought along a cool looking glass thali with some south indian tiffin items for us to try. The service and the presentation was good and the everything tasted awesome as well. We concluded the leisurely meal with a really good filter coffee!
The decor was classy and understated and service as is typically at this tier of hotels was faultless!

β β β β β The Resturant variety is good. Even in breakfast buffet, many 'fancy' items cam also be ordered (that are typically not there in other hotels).
The service becomes slow at peak hours. Was even served cold tea (capital punishment ?) .. although replaced again with hot tea when reminded again !!
