β β β β β The team of Dr. Monika Gandhi has performed the operation of my wife in such a nice and expert way that she had fully recovered from her problem so soon and is very much impresed by the sweet and excellent behaviour of Dr. Gandhi with her patients and entire staff. The staff at reception and other para medical staff is also very helpful and courtious.Sanitation in and around toilets
is very praiseworthy. It would be very nice of the adminstration if a tea/coffee outlet not very costly is installed near the main entrance so that elderly patients could make the use of these hot brevesges nicely. A salute to entire administrative arrangement of this hospital. Thanks

β β β β β Best hospital specially for eyes. Private , Semi private and charitable options also available. Treatment done by modern latest machines and equipments with well trained doctors and hospital staff. Now from here I am writing after surgery so, just want to tell you guys if you are getting any problem after surgery or you want to visit your doctor without appointment which is not easy to get then you have to go through private section which cost more than charitable atleast they have to consider about post surgery complications they must allow their patients to consult their doctors at same fees. Bye the way my vision is not clear after 2.5 months later, feels difficult to concentrate on any thing most of the time. Now I am removing 1 star from now.

β β β β β yesterday their chemist shop staff had denied to take payment through debit card. After a while, I gave cash to that female staff. She forget and told me for money. She was not accepting that I had given her cash. The person who was standing behind me confirmed her that I had given cash to her. I was talking with an another person who were in line then suddenly chemist shop staffs shouted on me and argued with me very badly. Their chemist shop staffs are very rude, mannerless and don't know how to talk with customers. My family members and I have been going to this hospital for more than 15 years. By this kind of behavior, I can't be a part of this pathetic hospital anymore. Except for doctors and some medical staff, all are mannerless. Their way of talking, language, and attitude are very rough. It seems those medical staff who might be on hospital payroll have attitude problems. I would like to suggest don't purchase medicine at their internal chemist shop. Apollo Pharmacy has franchise, their internal chemist shop doesn't give a single rupee discount on medicines. Better to purchase medicine at any outside chemist. Some chemists also give up to 15% to 20% discounts on medicines. The worst thing about their internal chemist shop is, if the exact prescribed medicine is not available in their stock, then they give another company medicine without informing you. These franchise and rude staff have been downgrading the reputation of the hospital. Hospital management should take strict action for the same.

β β β β β It's moreover like o Government hospital. They are not bothered about your time & money. It's charitable just on records. Most challenging job to take respond back on landline numbers. Even after taking private consultation you have to wait for a long time. I don't have a doubt on Doctor's capabilities but as far as management & staff behaviour is concern its similar like a government hospital.

β β β β β I was shocked to see such an awesome facility in general ward. Super clean & hygiene. Before coming here I saw some bad reviews about staff rude behaviour but I personally had a good experience. Sister Shweta is too good with her explanation about medicines, things to remember post operation.

β β β β β They claim to be charitable, but it is only for 2 hrs.
Apart from that , there charges are very high. ( Consultation as well as tests). Bus even after paying one of the highest charges in the city. Services and staff behaviour is of govt hospital.
No owner ship, rude behaviour and most important,
" They don't value your time"
So if you want to waste the complete day , then only go there
