★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Dr on 13th of November in Apollo hospital kolkata with my patient my nephew Mr Yash singh due to burn on hand,but the behaviour of doctor was just astonishing doctor was very rude in his approach and when asked about details of treatment to be given his reply was 'I have not open a shop this not a market' he told us three ways of treating such case but when we asked the difference in those methods he started behaving rudely and told us that first decide the process then only he will go in details how come without knowing the same we would decide.we went all the way 300kms to meet the doctor but never expected this from any doctor of such prestigious brand Apollo hospitals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Saha is an expert in his field. Unlike other doctors he is not at all greedy. If you are being treated by Dr Saha then you should be rest assured because he does not loot his patients by forcing unnecessary treatments. He is very polite and humble and he guides you in the best possible way. He is one of the best in Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor. The office staff is living in 90s. Booked an appointment through practo - which confirmed the appointment but the office staff say you have to call me first. Why then was the appointment confirmed? Very rude in behavior: lost my 1000 rs in travel to this location. Bad experience. The office staff was rude and causally mentioned if you need to meet you wait 2-3 hours. Anyways they lost my business. Unprofessional and old school
Update: More details as the owner replied with wrong facts.
1. After my review the Apollo called and apologized for the doctors staff behaviour and requested to see the doctor
2. They promised me an early slot on the day i want to visit (Again Apollo called me not the the doctors staff)
3. The experience with doctor was okay. Felt like he was not interested in treating me, maybe due to the review above
4. Overall bad experience even after second visit. Not sure how everyone determined i was happy ..Lol. They must be mind readers
5. The response from owner is a series of lies. Not sure how pathetic it can go.
6. Point still remains the same - these doctor and his staff are operation is 90's.
The reply by owner keeps changing and completely false. I challenge to produce any evidence of Rukus and abuse. Unlike you, i expressed my disappointment and walked away. A bunch of liars and inefficient Thugs !! My respect for doctor too has gone down after reading the review. Thank god did not get treated here...
It says Practo is not authorized to make appointment but somehow it confirmed me an appointment.

I'm Newton Mallick from Nadia, WB. My problem was my burn head. Whenever I was 2 years old I fall down in fire. On 26feb 2020 I heard about Dr. Srinjoy saha and I went to him. After learning all options I decided
for non-surgical treatments for my burn head's improvement. Cyclical combination of fractional co2 lasers and microinfusion Therapy -6 cycles. I have completed 4 cycles of combination therapy already.
Before the third 3rd sitting of co2 laser I didn't find any improvement. After the 3rd sitting of laser I realized my improvement. Nowadays I noticed my improvement more than 70-80% from the original condition of scars. And I hope after 2 times of CO2 laser and microinfusion it will be more improvement.

He showed us a photo before the surgery to give us a idea of how will the scar look after surgery and we were very happy looking at the picture as anywhere even 50% of that gets achieved would have been very satisfactory for us but he destroyed the nose of our patient pathetically and we regret it badly. Secondly in order to make more money he will try to temp you by saying that if you have financial constraints you can perform surgery outside apollo in his affiliated nursing home which would cost nearly 50-60% of what it would cost you in apollo you which we got convinced and tempted. He explained us about microsurgery he would perform and accordingly told us the charge but he did nothing just basic suturing. Don’t fall for this doctor. He is fraud and he will ruin your face.Not posting photo for privacy reasons. He doesn’t know how to cut stitches. We went 4 times to remove the stitches which he was missing every time though we were insisting that the stitch is not removed. Worst surgeon ever possible.
