★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the oldest Kaya Saltlake Clinic client.
My main concern was to reduce pigmentation on my face. I spent lakhs on treatment but got no results.
Sometimes the laser( KSR) would leave scars and sometimes their Cosmo peel will make your face dark( even after 15-20 days)
No one is bothered, their medical head I spoke to her for her supervision, never intervened.
The top managment at corporate level never looked into it.
Does the CEO really care!
Please take my number from the Clinic and ask someone from corporate office / your CEO to speak to me. I don't want to speak to your regional heads they are useless.
I can't mail any further so don't ask me to do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I am a transwomen ( Trisha ) I visited this clinic yesterday and took laser session for body and face. It was extremely good, pain is bearable with no damage to my skin. Thanks to manisha, Paromita and Mitu who did my laser sessions. They all are so friendly and did my session with care. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Please do visit the place once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was just a word of mouth from one of my fren who asked me to vist Kaya, but when I came down to consult in the clinic at city center 1 it was just owsum.....I started taking services from them from past 1 month and believe me the hospitality this place gives its beyond expectation. 2 people I would like to mention and appreciate are first Mahasweta she is very lovely & peoples person, and would make sure one understands and clarifies each and every services that they are taking and not only this the guidance that she gives as to what service will give benefit an individual she knows it very well and she keep very good repo too and the other person is Puja she is very humble one who makes sure that I am comfortable with what ever procedure thats going with me and explains very well the post care that needs to be taken after the session. Thank you Kaya for the experience am truely satisfied and looking forward for more?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my laser appointment on 11th March ‘22 after a long break and had a very pleasant experience at Kaya. It was surprising. Paromita was careful and attentive. I’ve been going to Kaya for laser treatments since 2018 and while some days are better than others, yesterday was among the few good days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The newly appointed front desk staff at the salt lake branch of Kaya Skin clinic lacks the acumen to deal with clients in a polished way. Kaya needs to change them ASAP if they wish to retain long standing clients. No complaints regarding the service provided though.
