★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have zero respect for time. Twice I have come to them and both the times had to wait for atleast 1.5 hours, not because there was rush or anything but because the doctor didn't come on time. Both the times I had an appointment even after that the doctor wasn't available. Giving them 2 stars as the ultrasound was not bad and was accurate but just because you're good at what you do doesn't give the permission to waste people's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money minded, there main purpose is to fetch maximum amount of money from the patients.
Tip , always upfront tell the receptionist what type of ultra sound is needed otherwise they will charge maximum amount from you
Doctor is highly moody, sometimes behave unprofessionally, and speak very badly.
Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience guys it’s better please don’t go there and waste your time because she has no fixed rate for anything If you go to her the receptionist will tell you that Maam will come and tell you the rate because she sees the people and then she will tell you the rate accordingly my experience was hopeless I went to her and unfortunately I also had an appointment at 12:30 Which she knew I had to get my ultrasound done I only had 20 minutes to reach the doctor for the appointment the lady for a 600 Ultrasound told me that it’s going to be Rs.2000 and I told her that I get it done from Ganga Ram and they only charge 600 Y 2000 she said because our rate is this only . And then after a while when I walked away from the centre the owner called me stating that you never cleared what Ultrasound you wanted to get it done . I gave my entire prescription to her stating which Ultrasound had to be done and the lady had an audacity to tell me that you were not clear which Ultrasound you have to get it done. They are thief it’s better to get it done from Maharaja Agrasen which is in Surya Nagar .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience was bad..We were there for emergency and doctor was busy talking to the carpenter. We insisted even then she ignored us. The infrastructure and hygiene is bad.No precautions were taken in this Covid situation.She gave me such a filthy towel to wrap around.I will never recommend this diagnostic centre to anybody.
Replying on your rep of my above experience..First of all i didnt take any appointment at 11am.I came directly to you centre..Doctor prescribed me the ultrasound at around 12..How can i take appointment prior to doctor's prescription..And he was not from any sanitization team..he was a carpenter..Why a sanitization person take a measurement tool and not a sanitizing kit..Make other person fool..Not us .And please go through other reviews you will better understand how unprofessionally you are running your business..I will never suggest your centre to anybody..Very bad experience..
Earlier u said that appointment was at 11am..nw u r saying it was at 12 pm.C'mon accept your mistake..Maximum people here are not happy with your service.So please accept it..And dont blame the patients..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Experience visited today and I find Dr Sunita Bajaj as a very experienced, polite and knowledgeable Radiologist.
Answered all queries and motivated her patients which is much needed now days.
Nothing expensive and Investigation done here is value of your money as per her experience and expert advise.
Thanks a lot ma'am and I will recommend and thank her from bottom of my heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional doctor, no regards for patients. Never comes on time.Even attendant shows lot of attitude. Does not recommend to anyone.
Registration no. of doctor is not mentioned in report and left blank by the doctor. This doctor gives only 3-4 sec to patients. And dont pay attention on patient everything was just formality.
