★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely disappointed with her behaviour. I had mistakenly dialed her number thinking she is someone else. Upon recalling, I apologized to her for the mistake and that I needed help as my grandmother had become unconscious. As a response, she loudly said this to me, "FIRST KNOW WHO YOU'RE SPEAKING TO AND THEN TALK". I still apologized again and asked for advice. She told me to ask around people to get a pressure checker otherwise no one will help me and as she's not available. Fair and well. All of that is understandable but for a silly mistake like that, I didn't expect a professional doctor to lash out like that. I personally don't mind if someone mistakes me for someone else and its natural to do that. Otherwise no comments furthermore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I had consulted with Dr. Susmita Pal for my health issues and then for my mother who has severe diabetes(obviously she is now absolutely okay) and after that for my husband, who was suffering from several health problems. About one month ago all of our family members were affected by Covid 19 and we were recovered by her medicine one by one.... I have not seen such a caring and nice doctor in my life that she is not only a doctor but also like God to us I think.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've once consulted Dr Pal regarding my health. Her energy and the way she deals with her patients is commendable and that is one of the reason she is respected so much. The jolliness in her nature makes the patient comfortable. She's very humble and can get into the mindset of any patient irrespective of their age.

Since then, I have never get the need to attend any other doctor for any general medicine query.
She's always been there, as a doctor, as a confidante and as a counsellor.
The most down to Earth person that I have ever known.
I'm glad that I met her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review after three members of my family have seen madam at different point of time during last six months. She is simply amazing. She always listens to each and every thing from every patient. I found her behavior to be so good. Even during covid times when there was lockdown everywhere she was available with telephonic consultation and advice.
I strongly recommend her name to all the future patients in this locality and also to those from outside this area if they are willing to go for a telephonic/video consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met her in the year 2019 with my normal regular thyroid checkup ! My thyroid was around 8.09 now its completely normal ! ! Since then, I have never get the need to attend any other doctor for any general medicine query including covid .
She's always been there, as a doctor, as a confidante and as a counsellor.
The most down to Earth person that I have ever known.
