★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Place to visit in New Town. They dont have ample Number of Doctors as well as Staffs. Their Doctors are also very arrogant. These place is usually empty and you can understand the reason why No one visit these place. Their are lot of good clinics in New Town, Please opt them. They will loot you in Lab charges,minimum amount will be 2000/, and you will get better treatment in government hospitals rather that these pathetic hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here 2 times for my USG and opd,both the time I have to wait for more than one hour doctor's are always late.cant expect such kind of unprofessional behavior. doctors are good but they shoud be punctual and value customers time also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Path India, Newtown is a good centre, run by doctors and ethically sound one.
Dr Trina Sengupta is an able, skilled gynecologist. She is trusted by her professional colleagues for gynecological/obstetric health related issues of their own/relatives.
The Radiologist who has joined recently is an equally skilled one with around 10 years of experience in one of the best radiology departments of this country. I would suggest Mr Kumar (who disagreed with her report and posted a review) to follow what she has advised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience. Had to get one USG at this place. They gave false report. Doctor asked me to get it done again at some other place and the new report is completely different from what was given at this clinic. When enquired for the same, the radiologist is not accepting her fault. Immense amount of harassement due to the wrong report. They can't even conclude from the USG. They have mentioned chances of cancer, Which is completely rules out when I took the same test at Apollo new town. This place is total waste of money. Even many other people complained the same in the reviews. I should have checked the reviews before going. Even the Management respo here itself is too rude. One can see that they never accept their fault. Don't confuse this with Path Labs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an old Patient of This RENOWNED Polyclinic and Diagnostic Centre. I am happy to share my experience that The service of this Polyclinic is Excellent. All the Doctors are very generous, test Reports are Genuine and overall behavior of staffs is no doubt good and they are very cooperative.
During this CORONA Pandemic Period they gave excellent service towards the Patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No comments on the Doctors, but those people sitting at the counter are pathetic. Very rude. All they know is to take the fees asap sob that the patient have no option other than sitting and wasting time. Will never visit ever again.

Also,they give you appointment of 1 hour before the doctor arrives.Simply wasting people's time.
They need to teach their staffs to talk politely and to be more professional.
