Dr Swaroop had explained the details of knee replacement and we went ahead with surgery and it went very well. His unique way of doing knee replacement was great and helpful for my mother. There is no car parking. It is very inconvenient to go with senior parents
Doctor did not come on time. No social distancing is followed.
Reception is very rude. It only adds to your worries if we go to this clinic.
We left the clinic after waiting for half an hour and then finally went to Polaris Clinic. We got prompt attention and treatment.
Better you go to Polaris clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret the moment I choose this clinic over other ortho clinic in Wakad. Had visited here exactly a month back complaining about my knee pain post running and exertion. After couple of X-rays I was told that there's nothing major and I was given heavy medication (suppliments for 1 month) nearly 8 tablets a day and advised for no heavy exertion. After 4-5 days of consuming the tablets, I had 2-3 big mouth ulcers, trust me from there my life was a nightmare for exactly 10 days, couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, couldn't talk. Even after calling clinic multiple times, I didn't receive any resolution. Bought some bcomplex and Smyle gel for ulcers which gave a sigh of relief I did exactly what was said, finished all the dosage, spent INR 5000/- in total (X-ray, tablet, consultation) and problem is exactly the same, where that was 1 month back. Really poor diagnosis.. I have wasted so much time, money and efforts.. I just had severe knee pain and haven't been running brisk walking since a month. ... Sad that I considered going here.
