★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to talk to Dr. Priyanka on phone for mother knee issue. She has explained in and out about this common problem for elderly people. Later I Visited Dr. Stella for my mother knee pain. She is very soft spoken, down to earth and equally knowledgable. We visited daily for 2-3 weeks for Physio and started seeing the improvement. Thanks Dr. Priyanka and Stella for saving us from knee surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few months ago i started taking swimming lessons when i developed an unbearable trapezius inflammation which lead me to visit Dr. Priyanka’s clinic. Through consultation i got to know that my neck and back muscles had gone weak because of the IT work schedule i have been accustomed to.I started taking the therapy sessions religiously along with advanced course, which did help me strengthen the weakend muscles. Both Dr. Joshi and Dr. Ridhi have helped me get to this stage where my inflammation is fully recovered and m in the process of getting my upper body back to being fit. :)

Dr. Stella is an amazing doctor having very good knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Stella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will try to convince you to go for video therapy sessions which does not work for the patient. Even if you do some exercise incorrectly, the physio on the other side can just see you through video and they have a limited scope of teaching you the correct way. They just force it so that physio can cover more patients in a day and earn more money for the business
Also they sell their physiotherapy as a package, without knowing about or caring about whether your problem is going to be solved or not. And once the package is over, they will never contact you to know about your well being.
Also, you will never be doing physiotherapy under the guidance of the main physio who runs this business, and you will be assigned a junior who does not know anything.
Avoid them and better visit a physio centre near your home, rather than taking their video "package"
