Daily she taught new exercises & observed closely. Also guided on how to seat while doing computer work or cooking etc.Thank you Dr. Monika for wonderful treatment & guidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited ReLiva for cervical spondylitis and lower back pain. I was treated by Dr. Ankita Shelake. She was very quick and accurate in diagnosing the root cause and very methodical in the treatment approach. I could get out of my pain in within few sessions and don't had to go for any more number of sessions than required. With the prescribed excercises and posture correction I am able to get out of pain and function normally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad lower back pain after a long sleeper bus journey. By looking at reviews Without any hesitation i went to this clinic in wakad. Doc asked few questions and some exercise to understand the actual issue. She prescribed 10 days physio session and i started from the day 1. Dr.Monica treated me really well and after 10 days of session I really felt relief. I would recommend this physio climic anytime. Thanks ReLiva.

I was in so much pain and wasn’t able to bear it but because of her treatment my pain has fade away.
She is excellent when it comes to treating her patients, the way they make you feel comfortable.
Dr.Ankita keenly observed all my reports and suggested me with the most appropriate treatment.
Every day she added additional exercises which help me in recovering. Also they have proper machines and equipment’s which will help your treatment go with ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pretty bad shoulder injury while working out and it took me atleast 2 months to rule out that I was normal. By that time the swelling got intense and shoulder movements almost restricted.
Under such a condition, I was not able to lift things and was always in intense pain due to swelling. I applied ointment and did hot water fomentation but to my dismay it didn't ease out the pain.
So finally, I decided to try out a physio session to overcome my condition. The nearest clinic I could find was ReLiva and Dr. Ankita Shelke being the physiotherapist over there.
The first sesison with her itself gave me confidence that the treatment is going in the right direction and the following sessions proved it rightly so.
I sincerely follow her recommendations due to which I am nearing to full recovery just under a span of 1 month, which is quite remarkable. Considering my past encounter with shoulder injury where it took me more than 4 months to be at the stage which I am currently under guidance of some other physiotherapists.
All thanks to Dr. Ankita's right training and patience with me.
I highly recommend to visit her and see the treatment yourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got physiotherapy treatment from ReLiva for my facial palsy. I won't say it was a nice experience (Medically) as nobody wants to have 8-12 volts of current passing through their partial face :-). but then it was necessary for the treatment. I am really impressed with the service provided by Dr. Ankita and Dr. Monika who made sure of my full recovery. The way they consulted me and executed the physiotherapy for over a month was very impressive. They made this one month journey of my recovery very smooth and easy. They made sure that I come regularly for the physiotherapy and do my facial exercise on regular basis.
I would really recommend ReLiva service for those who needs it. Thanks a lot Dr, Ankita and Dr. Monika for your consulting and treatment.
