β β β β β I have joined Shital maam's Garbh Sanskar class in 5th month. It was amazing experience. Shital maam guided me from 5th month till delivery date, even on labour table. Pregnancy yoga and meditation helped me to keep clam and healthy. Womb talk and couple session are best parts. Before joining class, my hands and legs got swelling, bit due to exercise swelling was reduced and able to remove finger rings even in 9th month as well. I was sharing every doctor check up with her and she was looking every report and sharing her valuable inputs on same.
My baby is just 10 days old, but baby is listening all mantras which I used to listen throughout pregnancy and getting clam.
Big thank you to Shital mam and all the best for her future!! I am waiting for post pregnancy classes :) :)

I joined class when I was 2 months pregnant. From 2 nd month till date whenever I required ma'am was there to guide me. Literary ma'am was giving me proper guidance when I was in labour room. It's really great of you ma'am that once we join your class you took whole responsibility.
Baby Visualization season was really good. What ever ma'am was telling was actually come true. I always visualized dimple on my baby chicks and surprisingly she have it?. My husband is also surprised?
Meditation really help me to through out pregnancy n after pregnancy too. The way ma'am arrange couple session was really beautiful and it helps us to bond with baby prior to delivery specially the father.
I joined regular yoga classes too. And it's helpful for flexibility n post delivery easy recovery. It's very effective for baby also.. My baby quietly listen all mantras. N of I am saying OM she is also trying for the same. Om is really helpful to get baby on the bed. Also Thank you to Shruti ma'am for regular yoga class n everyday guidance during classes.
I was asking doubt to ma'am at actually anytime and ma'am was there to guide me. And still after delivery also ma'am is there if I have any doubt.
Breastfeeding session is also very good, I understood important of that lecture post delivery. So please listen to ma'am it's make your journey easy.

β β β β β I joined the class in 7th month of pregnancy; attended till the delivery. The yogasans and meditation was conducted very professionally. Got personal attention during the classes. The doctor also helped clearing out our doubts and was always reachable for any questions. This was very comforting and appreciable.
The class has helped me and my body to go through all the changes during the pregnancy. I will definitely recommend joining (and the fees are also reasonable ?).

β β β β β I had normal delivery on 24th Jan. with knowledge given by Dr.Shital ma'am. I joined class when I was 3 months pregnant. Shital ma'am's way of teaching yoga is highly effective and innovative. She advices different asanas to different people based on their health issues and medical history there by giving personal attention to each pregnant women. Her class is very informative as she explains the benefits of each asana and the medical condition it helps to cure. I joined class on 4th month of pregnancy to till delivery she guide me excellently. Her prenatal classes are must for confidence boosting and positivity. My Tail bone pain(Hip joints) was completely stop and this credit goes to ma'am.
All breathing techniques, parenting session, breastfeeding session, child birth and labour management session and exercise sessions are helpful throughout my journey pregnancy.
She is excellent at her work and calmly listens our questions and suggests best possible simple easy to do solutions.
I would certainly recommend Shital ma'am's classes to all would me moms for a stress free pregnancy. Her sessions has helped me overcome the fear and anxiety with you giving us so much insights on all stages from start to end.

Shital maβam is extremely knowledgeable in pregnancy field and gives quick solution for the problems faced during pregnancy as well as postpartum phase. Itβs not only just yoga and mediation but complete end to end program including all other important topics such as diet, breast feeding, postnatal care etc. The daily class is quite good in keeping oneself calm and in positive state of mind. And the best part is - it is quite reasonable! Makes it more than worth it!
