★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete scam, will keep trying to exploit the tenants. They will agree to everything until you sign and give deposit money. After that the only time you will hear from them again is when it's time to renew the lease and they can come up with 100 things to exploit you and demand more money. Of zero help to tenant. I'd rather be homeless than to rent from these guys again.
