★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sir i am MBBS student, I have done review of PET-CT of my bhabhi Ji, She presented with CA 125 Level ~3000 and large ovarian mass & extending to POD. We performed PET-CT at reputed hospital and they have given ovarian malignancy with lymphnode metastasis. you reviewed our PET-CT and you gave us diagnosis of endometriosis. We ignored you due to young age and we underwent for extensive surgery with colostomy and now HPE reveal endometriosis. Sir i am you junior so please forgive me for not accepting your opinion but i want to mention that your PET-CT reporting is excellent. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Dr Tarun, I am radiologist and i am putting this review for PET reporting. You have done PET-CT for my wife and you have mentioned 17 mm lesion in the breast parenchyma and ill-defined low grade FDG avid sub-centimeter size internal mammary lymph node without axillary lymphnodes. Due to your reporting surgery was not possible so i reviewed your report from other places in Jaipur and they told there is nothing in the internal mammary region and Dr Tarun is hyper reporting. So we went for only breast conservative surgery and not taken any adjuvant treatment. Now after 6 months, there is a large soft tissue mass in the internal mammary region. If we accepted your opinion and underwent for radiotherapy after surgery ; probably it will not happen. Sorry Dr Tarun we not accept your opinion but you are doing very good PET-CT reporting.
